That’s just the nature of the beast when you skip trace a phone number you don’t get 1 or 2 phone numbers, the service I use gives me 5-15 it’s up to you to figure out which one is the owner

We are using mojo and our answer rate/connect rate is horrible. I'm assuming because the numbers are tagged as spam or something. Do you get better answer rate with call tools? Also, does call tools automatically categorize numbers that are fax, disconnected, etc like mojo does? I love how the calls come right back in to call tools!
And mojo, after we call a list we export the call results and import them into REI reply for texting. Is that doable with call tools?
Calltools answer rate is high because it switches the phone numbers after a certain amount of calls, so my numbers don’t get labeled as spam, I don’t know how to export from call tools but I use reisift to manage my data and the results are connected to it

Hey Dan, love the content! Quick question, with CallTools how closely do you monitor your abandon rate? To utilize 10 lines with one caller (me), my abandon % tends to get quite high. I typically keep my abandon rate around 10% and change the number of channels accordingly. Your experience on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
I stoped using calltools because the abandon rate is hard to control, I switch to ready mode my abandon rate is 2-3% now using 12-24 lines

Hmmm I've never use an autodialer but it seems like your math is different than my math. You're talkin about calling 600 people but I only see you talkin to a handful of people. Why on Earth you need to Auto dialerr? Or does that auto. Or just go through all the missed calls and the disconnected numbers until it hits someone live?
You call 600 people doesn’t mean everyone is going to pick up when you call
