Wow, this is so straight forward that even a Toyota driver can do it. Thanks!

One of my favorite tools I purchased recently is called the "Oil Udder". It slips over the oil filter as you unscrew it and funnels the spillage down a tube into whatever you want. Saves the driveway so I don't get my teeth punched in by the boss of the house :D

Thanks Dan. Great content. Even ‘simple’ servicing takes a bit of thought and prep to avoid mess. I hope to get another D1 soon and love the channel. Thanks for your efforts. Cheers

Really like your videos. I have a 1994 Discovery and hoping to do a full restoration project. These videos really helps.

the body seems in exelent condition for a `95 disco, my `98 disco is much worse, lot of corosion under the paint while it was repainted 12 years ago or so. Looking for rear bumper lights replacement with led, the bulps going die way too quick and the brightness is like a candle lol, for savety i wish i could find led units that fit the holes in the bumper, no luck yet.

Thanks, I don’t think it has ever been painted but it is starting to show its age in places. I looked at led lights but just couldn’t get used to them

Great! I wish mine was in good condition, the salt on the uk roads make them rust badly.
      Thank you for watching 👍

Hey is it necessary to fill up the new fuel filter in diesel before screwing it in?

Hi, I would say maybe not 100% necessary but it makes it a lot easier priming the system

I’m sorry I couldn’t really help, I’m not very familiar with the td5 but I would hazard a guess at maybe coolant pipes/ heater matrix?
