I have never worked in any job before n customer service. Do I have a chance to participate in open days?

Sure, everyone can participate in an open day. Experience in customer service usually, let’s say, gives you a small bonus, but it is never a guarantee that it will let you pass open day. I heard about situations, when people with no experience in customer service got through it ☺️

I wanted to try something new, something what I was dreaming about. By that time work in Germany became a routine for me. But anyway, I didn’t make it to work for Emirates :) I guess this is how it’s suppose to be :)

Hey ☺️ So in Cologne we started with about 35-40 people at the beginning, which is very small amount I would say.
I know that in capital cities usually amount of people to come to interview is around 100-150
