Hii guys! Well, I passed everything I only had to wait for the golden call but they emailed me saying I wasn't picked. But It's okay, I went to the recruitment day without any expectation so I was alreadysuper happy when I arrived at the end of the process. They don't tell you why they don't chose you, though, so don't ask for feedback. From my experience and from my personal opinion, I think they chosed the candidates that had more "body", like muscles and height for the men and thickness for women, but that's just my opinion. Anyways, I can try again in 6 months (If you pass everything but you don't get the fall you must wait 6 months to try again, if u leave in the middle of the recruitment process because not suitable you can try again another recruitment day) I'll get you updated if I apply again! If I can give you some advice: bring a bag with you that contains makeup, brushes and hair products because before the personal interview the recruiter will take some photos of you to send them to the Dubai office and he/she wants you to look FLAWLESS. Good luck to everybody!

Do your self a favour if you are over 30 years old as they discriminate you against the age. They will tell you to register online and then they will eliminate you after the first group activity. I saw this happening from my own eyes and also I have seen their crew so not surprised what happened! Please don’t waste your time.

They choose more females than males. The female to make ratio is higher. There’s no such thing specific to Sri Lanka. No matter where they do recruitments it’s the same. This is how this job is. There are more females than males. I cannot tell you the numbers as I do not know how many male candidates they take in one year.
