Hey guys today I'm back with one of the most requested Emirates videos which is about the Emirates open day and how does the process go. Here I will be telling you all the details about how that day went and what exactly are the qualities that EMIRAES are looking for in their applicants. The Emirates open day consists of a lot of group activities. And role playing activities. What are the things you should an should not do in such group activities? Stay with me till the very end and I'll share some great tips with you guys!

Yesterday I joined the Emirates recruitment day, the day before I watched this video and It really REALLY helped me. I passed all the assessments, I only have to wait for Dubai office response now. I hope for the best. Thank you so much for helping all of us, you're a blessing❤

Hii guys! Well, I passed everything I only had to wait for the golden call but they emailed me saying I wasn't picked. But It's okay, I went to the recruitment day without any expectation so I was alreadysuper happy when I arrived at the end of the process. They don't tell you why they don't chose you, though, so don't ask for feedback. From my experience and from my personal opinion, I think they chosed the candidates that had more "body", like muscles and height for the men and thickness for women, but that's just my opinion. Anyways, I can try again in 6 months (If you pass everything but you don't get the fall you must wait 6 months to try again, if u leave in the middle of the recruitment process because not suitable you can try again another recruitment day) I'll get you updated if I apply again!
If I can give you some advice: bring a bag with you that contains makeup, brushes and hair products because before the personal interview the recruiter will take some photos of you to send them to the Dubai office and he/she wants you to look FLAWLESS. Good luck to everybody!

Hey aura pls should i be fluent in English cuz my English is not that good and i apply to émirats crew and they selected me but the problem is that im nott soo good at English could i pass ?
I made it through all of the assessments including the interview stage, everything seemed really positive and I was in high spirits. But then this morning I got an email saying that my application won't be progressed at this time 😞😓 I've never felt so dissapointed 😔
Please don’t be sad. Keep trying again and again. They might even change their mind and call you back later. Keep positive and keep trying

Dear madam aura in here , Sri Lanka Which party has more competition to become flight attendant. Female or male or both parties. Can u tell an approximate value for the number of male candidates apply for Emirates
They choose more females than males. The female to make ratio is higher. There’s no such thing specific to Sri Lanka. No matter where they do recruitments it’s the same. This is how this job is. There are more females than males.
I cannot tell you the numbers as I do not know how many male candidates they take in one year.

I’m sorry, I didn’t include much of those details in the video because I genuinely don’t remember what was in the paper. It’s been 6 years and I don’t remember now.
But they do that test to check your comprehension of English.

Best word of advise. They check your grammar, tenses, spelling mistakes, vocabulary and punctuation. So basically, English overall.
