I saw it on 9:01am that day it came out. At 9:02 it was an already no for me. And i started to feel sick the whole day plus i came in on my N/S that day. Horrible Saturday. No music or podcasts that whole day. Just silence and the flumes from the LLV
Since hearing this filth of a contract I've been angry ever since. Ecerything is going up especially our healthcare and we dont even have enough info on that. Im ready to walk. Let them deliver the mail. Like i wish everyone call out for a week.
This is my 12th or 13th contract. I'm always disappointed. But this one is way beyond disappointing. My first cola was on my hire date, 5-17-80, 40¢. Everyone got the full 40¢. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT WHAT THEY THINK OF US. THEY JUST TOLD US.
I’m not voting yes on a contract, whose economic package is literally copied and pasted , but is actually less, economic deal APWU got in 2021. Cca pay will be 20.22/ 20.77 in 2026 PSE are already at 20.38. NALC sold out the letter carriers vote no!
Then you go regular and stay at that pay range for years...or vote no so we can get a decent contract, so when you do convert, you won't have to work 50+ hrs to get by...but do you
I absolutely agree with you. I’m a carrier of over 27 years and a union steward for 11 years. I’m just upset and embarrassed by this.
Carriers can already walk off the job at 60 hours.
Nobody thinks it is sus that Renfroe removed step AA 😂
I see what you did😂
It's not enough
Keep in mind only top out carriers get that full cola. If it's 900 for then a step c could be 260
O man that's right the hole gets deeper.
Not if you’re in the APWU clerks get 100% at all steps
🤔 Shame 😔

So why did you vote yes if u was disappointed
Premium medical is going way up too…..
Yes most definitely! No matter even if you do have insurance, you still won't even be able to afford to go.
Any increase in pay you get you almost don’t see it due to insurance premiums, especially when you’re on a family plan 😅
I hear ya! We rural are still in negotiations. Vote with your conscience!
Vote No!
This contract is bullshit and I’m at the highest step
Bull shit !!!!!
It's a no from me
I’m voting yes because I don’t care
Vote however you need to, you have free will. Sharing this information for the ones who do care. 😘 Have a great day!
Always expect to be disappointed!

I hope it goes to arbitration too
Better hope not. Why you may ask? Because it will be worse mark my words.
@@motive7475they area not going to give us less then the offer we have now
If a carrier is on a "work assignment" and want to come in on their day off; what happens to the carrier technician? 😳
Now this is a very good question! This will definitely cause an issue!
It’s different in all locals. Some you bump the t6 and others you carry another route of your choosing.
@motive7475
Thank you, so it depends on the local mou at each station?
Just as it is now. Ur t6 would be on one of his other rts. He can not be moved off his roll
@@jeff8883
How can the t6 be on his string (route) when they are filled by the regulars that are scheduled to work?
....
No
Its a joke!
I can't believe you oknand any of this even makes sense to you
As a cca im voting yes🙃$24 I’ll take it
Then you go regular and stay at that pay range for years...or vote no so we can get a decent contract, so when you do convert, you won't have to work 50+ hrs to get by...but do you
lol 😂 ccas vote yes
Be careful with that choice
You will not make 24. You’ll make 20.71
@@sendtherockets6196 the pay will be 20.71 did you read the contract?
It's a no from me
