Thanks again Brother Rahmeel. I was a company driver, subcontracting under 10 Roads doing Postal routes. I am now an O/O and I’d like to get my own Postal routes. As usual, this content is spot on😉💰
Before I started the owner operator journey I would've loved to work for a company like hers. She seems like a good person. When originals are still there that's an indication it's a good company
My condolences to Mrs Tamela and her family . Mrs Tamela you are a gracious and humble business woman, may God’s continue to bless you in your endeavors 🙏🏽
They don’t provide a lot of assistance as far as contracts within the USPS. In terms of technology, it’s all up to the owner. Competition is open but mainly goes to larger firms unless you’re in a rual area. I applaud her. I have seen MANY of those deals and it gets very expensive obtaining those bids.
I am speechless. I have crossed some goals and milestones that I set for myself. But this interview makes me feel like I am in “little league”. • It is also an answer to a prayer. • Thank you for the inspiration May I congratulate the guest and at the same time condole her on the loss of her brother and business partner.
This show was a great show and to the host I'm a happy subscriber! You were spot on with the right questions that you asked and Pamela you were simply marvelous! Peace and prosperity to you both.
I tried to bid on post office and it was so much back and forth it's like the make it 1000% hard for you to pick up -- tried to get Baltimore, Sarasota, and NC...
This is a really great video. I am a minority woman own box truck business in Ga and have 5 certifications. I was wanting to get into the postal service also. Is she looking to team up or does she have work in Ga?
They're not running 140 units but nobody should be surprised that someone inflated their truck count My reasons? $20M in revenue seems low for 150 trucks if that even is a real number for revebue On SAFER they reported 100 trucks which means nothing because they are the ones reporting that number in BUT look at the inspection count... it's VERY low for the number of trucks they claim The website definitely does not reflect that of a company with 100 + trucks. It's a terrible website with just 2 pages so it doesn't even look like the website of a 20 truck carrier I could be completely wrong but just going off my observations. I also wouldn't put too much weight on running so much for the USPS. They award lanes based strictly on who's the lowest priced so it's cool to have easy freight that's completely dedicated but only if it pays well. It's nice to have dedicated lanes that cover the truck roundtrip so you don't have to worry about constantly needing freight but that convenience and low maintenance required comes at a cost of profit Regardless great job but I don't think all the facts given are true, I didn't hear anything new from the conversation.
@Fabuloustransportation I work for the usps in 2006 and it was a 5 year wait at the time to become a contractor . Thus might explain why the usps canceled a lot contactor contract
@@Fabuloustransportationbro it's not hard to get this information I work their believe that and un 2006 it's was 175k with only a truck and 50k extra if u had your own trailers and u have to pay your drivers 21 plus insurance at the time and they look for the cheapest bids . Yeah she all cap. 20m 😆 🤣 😂 😹 more like she might be apart of a 20 m contract at that location that was looking for contract during a busy season
@@FabuloustransportationI was thinking the same thing….I learned that people who coin count are ALWAYS the ones who don’t have their own coins to count!
Funny how the TTG guru ( came out ti be a fraud )and these black women all have these amazing companies that noone never heard of . Funny how these majors companies have a hard time keeping 15 driver's but these unbelievable black woman have over 100 trucks .
What's funny is your ignorance to the fact that the difference is management, marketing stuff alot of big companies fail to see treat people good expect it treat them replaceable, and they will do you the same
Just got my first contract. Here's to step 1 🍻
how is it so far? im headed on my first as well
@Latherinlovefamily I enjoy not having to deal with the politics. Come in, do your job, go home. I love it

Brooooo…. give the lady some water!!!! 😂
😂
She has been talking for so long and constantly clearing her throat. Why could you not give your guest a glass of water?
she had a bottle of water by her feet
Let’s go 🔥🔥🔥
What these business will not tell you is how they connected with one person that hooked them up bribes gift and what not.
Love Charlotte!
Buen dialogo
Love the channel but where was the value in this one? Would’ve loved to see Rahmel push her a little more. Leasing drivers? Smh
...THINK BIG EARN BIG $$$ $$$ $$$
Great interview and Fabulous Business Owner..
R.i.P to her brother DO NALD
Your commercials are too long
She didn’t even give details on how to find contacts to bid on for usps. Zero value bro
I was thinking the same thing. These people think they can do all the work that’s out there to be done

How many contracts do you have. It's funny how you did all this investigation, but yet you do not have your own shyt!
@Fabuloustransportation but he's not lying

So she switching people from salary to hourly based off how much her company can run.. that’s messed up but understandable from the business side
