While obviously I like everyone, it's clear Kaela is much more serious about the game. I'd say all she needs at this point is a cookbook (one carrot plus four reed / one papyrus at an alchemy engine) for proper food utilization and better inventory management. Either don't grab junk you don't need, or make sure to stick it in a chest so it doesn't clog up your backpack.
