Gday Chad, a great tip I learnt is to apply scent to spinnerbait blades or any baits with blades. This stuff looks thick enough to do so as well. Cheers
I have been using Bait Fuel this year. Be careful if you are pouring it into your Senko bags to marinate. I tried that and It seems to degrade them a little over time. I just coat them as I'm using them and that has been working out pretty well. Spike it Garlic seems to work well also.
yea i no longer soak a bag ahead of time. I did a bag of zoom trick worms and every one I fished broke off just after the hook. never had that happen before so I think it was bait fuel. Now I keep a bag just for it and put a few worms in it that I plan to use that trip
I’ve fished it hard for the last few months and I’ve gotta say overall I’m not 100% sold especially on largemouth which I’m still not 100% convinced it means as much on largemouth like smallmouth. I feel like in some situations it’s helped me get a bite or two extra and in other situations I haven’t noticed a difference.
Like I said, it won’t find the fish for you. I’ve really noticed it on active target when you can actually see them react and then not when it’s not on there. Again, I’m not speculating, I’ve been testing it and seen it work versus not work and then vice versa and in multiple situations so I’m convinced.
@@ChadHooverFishing thanks , pulled one out the pond single blade but mines a cable wire between the wire and the hook. same head on it. is this a booyah product or a knock off?
I always wash my hands before I go fishing and specifically aim to Ovoid touching anything that will stink up my hands . Have since I was a younger man
@PoloChris Yeah....best to leave Zman in it's original packaging. When done using, just take it off the hook and put it back in its original packaging.
I use FishSticks lure enhancer. It's the one that comes in a chapstick style tube. I like it since it's easy to apply and less messy. Just make sure NOT to run it through the washer and dryer - it does not attract women in my experience......
You may not know that hand sanitizer MAY have a bittering agent in it. It's to make it unpalatable to kids and alcoholics. Something to consider. Taste one. Just don't swallow. Liquid rubbing alcohol has one, so making your own probably isn't an option either. Use Bait Fuel on your hands?
Great advise! Never tried using scents before, I’ll have to give that a try!
Yes you will

Same I think anything over a day or two and the baits seem waterlogged
Like the occasional swollen plastics you snag, bit puffy and discolored

@@brianpostma5413 I think you’re right
I took one of those travel shampoo bottles filled with bait fuel to take on day trips
Beard balm and eye makeup, all you were missing was glitter Brother. 😂
There’s only once place that I’ve gotten glitter on me 😜
How long dose the bait fuel last on the bait
It’s water soluble so it doesn’t last very long when applied topically. It lasts quite a bit longer when the baits are marinated in it.
Thanks for tasting it for us, and that was solid advice!
You are welcome Jeff
My dad used to say the SAAAAME thing! “Stop touching the bait so much”

Do you still like your kayak trailer from on the water innovations?
NO……….. I LOVE IT!!
@@ChadHooverFishing awesome. I ordered one a few weeks ago.
Instead of pouring Bait Fuel into my bait bags, I use Zip Lock bags to coat my Senkos and lures. Thanks Chad!
It made a believer out of me Went out yesterday with two friends they skunked out I managed to pull one with the help of bait fuel😊
Bait Fuel, wanna whoms favorite
Surprised you didn't mention Cox Juice also.
Ha!! Shhhhhhhhhh……
@@ChadHooverFishing lol
Man I was right in the middle of a hand sanitizer comment 😂
I’ve used scents in saltwater for years ….leaves a scent trail to stimulate fish n feeding .
Yessir
Certainly beats not showering for a week🤣 Nothing wrong with a little glue paste. Everyone's tried it at one time or another.
😜

sent is a key specialty in cold water, i guess we starting a new TikTok trend after chicken and nyghtqill , hand sanitizer and bait fuel shot :D
😂😂😂
Great tip
Thanks James
Make sure you put the bait on the hook first before you rub it down with bait fuel. Made that mistake once.
Would this work with Z-Man baits?
Don't put Zman baits in anything, and keep them separate from all other plastic baits or you will end up with a pile of jelly.
@PoloChris Yeah....best to leave Zman in it's original packaging. When done using, just take it off the hook and put it back in its original packaging.
You can use them on ZMan plastics done it several times
I put bait fuel in a Ziploc bag with baits and they discolored and swelled up in 2 hours. Threw the full bottle away. Never again.
great video dude. For the record i never go fishing without putting on my 👁 💄 makeup i am not a animal 🤣🤣🤣
I ate the glue, but I'm not eating my bait fuel... Best part of vid...

For full disclosure are you sponsored by this?
Hahahaha!!! Well, you beat me to it so I will take your word that it taste like glue.
You are welcome Chris
Wonder how much he is getting paid for that?
Zero dollars
I don’t believe in any scents………..I can’t smell anything under water
Ha, that’s funny
😂😂😂😂🤣🤣
