Obviously Taps with military rites, but want this piped as I'm being lowered. A fourty year old veteran and I'm knocking on heaven's door. I've chosen not to have brain surgery and the Neuro symptoms are growing daily, won't be long and the pain will finally be gone, one way or another. My canteen is empty and I'm rounding the corner to the Fiddler's Green.
God speed, my brother. And even if it's not played then it's playing for you now.
May peace be with you and thank you for serving our country soldier 🙏❤
God speed to you. Fellow vet here and maybe we’ll see each other on the other side someday.
May the Valkyries sing you to odin's great table and take you place at the table of kings
Dude I played this song for my dad when he passed he was a vietnam vet 27 years of the army and I bet he was looking down proud of what his kids have become.
I am dying... I served my country for 20yrs as a firefighter and paramedic. I am a veteran of 911 and have see many horrid things in life. But I would not change a thing. The bagpipes always comfort me just as a mother holds a child. Thank you I really enjoyed your video.
Thank you for your service, sir.
@@RJV-uu2jm No thank you for your music .

Thank you for being you

may your mother rest in peace for eternity in heaven ✝✝✝✝🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
My condolences. I know what missing a mother means.
This past week I lost a dear friend. He was at our club every morning to help me open up and keep it clean. But, beyond that he gave me great life advice, he was my friend and brother in sobriety. Amazing Grace was his favorite song. Every year he would seek out a bagpiper to play it for him. So, when I listen to your rendition I'll ever be reminded of a dear and special friend I was graced with in a time when I needed a friend most. Thank You...
I’m an American trucker. When my day comes, I want this to be played.
Simply amazing.

This song has a special place in the hearts of those who've served in the armed forces or public service, especially those who've lost someone and heard this playing solemnly at a funeral. Thank you for your version, it brought a lot of memories back.
What style of pipes do you use?
Will ya be makin a cd sometime

I've never played an instrument for a funeral, but I have sang Amazing Grace at several services. It's harder singing to hide the shaking sorrow, the urge to cry, but God just gives you the air and breath to sing for the fallen. Blessings to everyone 🙏
I was born in Edinburgh 80 years ago. I grew up hearing the pipes everyday.
Don't quite know why, but I enjoy this young lady's version of Grace the best. Thank you little lady.

Army vet, Law Enforcement officer for 35 years, having heard the pipes played at some friends funerals lost in the line of duty, always gives me comfort, having Scottish and Irish DNA, I will leave instructions to have Amazing Grace played on the pipes for me when my time comes.
John Newton a slave ship captain found Jesus and wrote Amazing Grace. This song transcends all humanity. All lives are precious no matter the colour of skin because God looks at the heart

I grew up listening to the pipes with my grandma how she loved them when she passed I made sure she had this song played for her at her funeral such a beautiful sound.
😮❤Wow, I love this song, greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
My mom died in 2007… amazing grace in bagpipes was played… it never ceases to bring tears to me. Thank you for such a beautiful version
I can’t help but cry when I hear Amazing Grace on pipes. It was played at my father’s funeral. American by birth, Scottish by heritage, a Marine first and a Police Officer. Buried with full military honors. Thank you.
Me too. My father was an Army corporal, and CO's orderly & driver, during WW2. Then a carpenter for the rest of his life. He died in 1981, and I still miss him every time I go fishing, hunting, and ESPECIALLY when I hear this song on the pipes.
But it also lifts my spirits, with the message of hope for all of us.
I just saw a video with over a hundred bagbikes and not nearly as beautiful as this. This is truly so glorious and heartfelt. ❤
So I had to rush right over and see little Snake Charmer play Amazing Grace and the tears are still running down my face
This was my father's favorite song, may he rest in peace in the arms of Jesus. It is now my favorite as well. It was beautiful. Thank you.
Kenneth Gibson Gosh! May he rest in eternal peace! I'm glad this version was of some value to your emotions :)

As one who has spent many years in uniform for Queen and Country hearing Amazing Grace played well on the pipes always brought a tear to my eye. This had them rolling down my cheeks. Thank you.
She is really good and smart will alot it seems and always speaking true she is very claim I have been mad at her before and she was like you will see. She has a gift
It is almost like this song was written to be played on bag pipes. I know other song that hits the soul like this one on the pipes.
One of the prettiest songs ever made in any genre
What Christ did for us on the cross is to me unimaginable. He was innocent. The way that you play the bagpipes. Says thank you the best way I've ever heard. You are awsome. God bless. Thank you.
Today I gave my life to Jesus while listening to this song. I am saved, AMEN! God bless whoever is watching this video!

This is the first song that attached my heart to Christ, how good Lord is to me who saved a wretch like me🥰
Wow, the way you play the pipes, you bring life back to bagpipes, as an aging senior your music and videos bring tears to my eye, tears of joy. Thank you thank you and thank you.
Pipes amazing the world over. I heard the Bylrus pipes in Minsk a few years back, but must confess that the Northumberian pipes from the North east England, and the uilleann pipes are my favourite. Piping in its different forms continues across every corner of Europe and indeed across the world.
They played this at my grandfather Livingstone's funeral. It was hard for me to play the video but it brought joy. Thank you for the great performance.
My mum loves this and it will be played at her funeral on the 9th of December as she passed away last week
This is one of the most beautiful performances on bagpipes I have ever heard. It stirs the heart and soul.
Fabuloso
Lost my maternal uncle yesterday. He was very close to me and taught me English. his "gerund, gerund" call will forever remain in my memory. Remain as gentleman there as you were on this earth meso. Enjoy your new abode. Om Shanti🙏. Thank you for this.
I love the sound of the wind playing through your pipes.
My stepfather just passed away. "Amazing Grace" on the pipes was one of his favorites. He would have loved this. So, in his memory, thank you.
No matter how many times I've watched this video, it brings tears to my eyes every time, I want this to play when I'm gone

We played this piece today at my uncles funeral. He was a proud Scotsman and absolutely adored bagpipe music, and was especially fond of this piece.

This was played at my Brother’s funeral in 2009. I’ll never will forget the haunting feeling I had as the bagpiper played this. Miss you Brother 😢😭
I'm sorry for your loss.😞
I'm sorry about your brother.😢😞
I have never heard it so beautiful in my life
This young lady's bag Piper sound is excellant. Usually in Scotland the men only play it. So she has taken it as challenge and holding concert . I am proud of her.
Being half Irish, I love anything and everything Celtic.
I have been crazy about bagpipes me whole life.
This brought tears to me eyes.
Thank you.

We stood on the flight line at attention, facing the center. The pipes began, and as the coffins approached, we raised our hands as one in the last salute that our fallen brother or sister would receive. I will never hear this without tears in my eyes, because hearing the pipes playing brings me back, feeling the sun on my face and the sorrow in my heart. I will never forget Kandahar, or Baghdad, or Irbil, or Mogadishu.
God bless you, & God bless all of those who have, do now & will serve! My gratitude for your service is beyond measure….I am truly thankful! ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing Grace is so
pretty soothing enough to tell me that God is not visible because He wants us to believe in Him not through our naked eyes temporarily made by Him but through our eternally felt hearts ❤
And it was made for big pipes. They just bring the soul of the song out.
I have been really happy to read your words because I have felt your bottomless passion for Amazing Grace as well as the bagpipes by playing them.
