Great video! I was doing mine via moss. I usually do water prop BUT have changed back to water for my leaf after watching your video. I need to be able to see what’s going on and can’t with moss.
Thanks so much!
I have never tried moss propagation. I prefer water in a clear glass because it's so much easier to check what's going on with the cutting. Good luck!
@@FoodArtTravel facts! 🙌🏼
You need a lot more amendments. They don't like to stay wet. Add large perlite and some orchid mix about 1/2 or more of the total soil. Yes you can plant the nodes.
Thank you❤
All I did I used a cactus palm mix,my plant came out quite well, now I switched most of my plants with Happy frog soil mixed,I haven't disturb my pothos, looks too happy in that old soul mix, maybe I change it's soul if it gets pot bound
Very nice plant, good that they are now growing more and more, thanks for sharing!
Thank you Sis🥰
Wonderful my friend 😁👍
Thank you 🥰
This is very helpful..thank you for sharing❤️
Hello, I would like to ask the process of plant cuttings in the soil, do you need to keep the soil moist? Or do you want the soil to have a dry cycle process?🙏
I let the soil dry out at least 2 inches from the top before watering it again.
@@FoodArtTravel Oh thank you very much, I'll try it
May I ask you who the seller is? I've ordered on Etsy before but they usually don't come in good condition but yours looks great! 😍
There is a link of the Etsy shop on my video description. Best of luck to you!
hala ang ganda ng plants na yan sis type ko siya
Thank you Sis. Sana nga lumaki pa.
Did you mist your leaves while propagating in water?
Also, may I ask what soil you used brand or mix?
And about how many times do you water it while in the dirt?
Just trying to get a range. Yours are so nice! Thanks again
I did not mist the leaves at all. I have the vase on my kitchen table getting plenty of indirect light. I used Miracle Gro garden soil and water it once a week. Good luck and have fun!❤
@@FoodArtTravel thank you very much for your time and help 😊
You are very welcome❤❤❤
I was told they deliver to Canada
I'm not sure about the shop policy. Hopefully they do. ❤

Can we see an update on your Pothos transplant today?
Successfully Root and Grow Giant Hawaiian Photos good share friend
Thank you Sis 🥰
you can put it in the peat moss not in the water in spring and summer that is all good luck
I've never use peat moss for rooting but will try next time.
My nodes keep rotting! I’ve tried using cinnamon, wax , different mediums and I can’t ! 😭
Fungus and bacteria normally causes root rot, you might need to check your soil or water. If it smells funky change it right away. Wash the slimy part of the node. Make sure to use clean, sterilized knife, scissors to cut the node if you are propagating.
I did my potho in perlite until root was long enough, for the longest time I used perlite, until I felt comfortable enough to put the plant into a hanging basket ,there was two and filled my hanging basket nice size leafs,I was impressed.
I wanted to work on next is the creeping philodendron,or buy a starter with some leafs.Stzrting from scratch probably would fill out my hanging basket again, might be worth it,or be patient with a starter plant
I've never used perlite, but I think I'll try that this year.
hi sis, kamusta na? gusto ko ang halaman na yan pwede pang indoor.
Musta na Sis? Ok nmn ako, eto busy plant momma.
I received mine the same way …
Unfortunately I placed them in an
Aroid mix .
One made it and the other 2 started
Wilting.
So I placed them in water ,
Keeping my fingers crossed
Hoping they’ll liven up .
To much Stress while being shipped
Then planted directly in soil
Then In water so I’m leaving them
Alone under a grow light .
Any advice is certainly welcome.
Thank you .
Leave them in water and near a bright indirect sunlight if possible. Growlight might help if you don't have windows.
@@FoodArtTravel Thank you
Did your new leaves grow as large as the cuttings that you already had?
It's getting big, the biggest I have is almost 12inches long but it doesn't have fenestration yet.
Buen video me puedes decir donde compraste las hojas por favor contestame y el precio

So beautiful my friend 🙏
Thank you🥰
Beautiful ❤️ Thank you 🌿☺️
You are very welcome 🥰
Great video thanks for also showing updates
I rooted my cuttings in moss. The biggest issue I had was getting good cutting. My first order the cuttings were sent without nodes! The vendor had no clue what she was doing as she argued that the entire stem can grow a plant! Because there were no nodes, no plants grew but some did have root growth. I also think the cutting had been cut away from the plant too long! I ordered the next set from a vendor asked they be freshly cut and to ensure they had nodes, I had a 90% success rate. Communicate with your grower to be sure you are successful!
There are too many out there that have no idea what they are doing. They just see $$$$
I just purchased some through a very kind seller on etsy! I believe I am just getting the nodes though but, am nervous about rooting them in water. Have you tried other methods?
I've always propagated pothos in water. I am trying to root my Epiprenmum Pinnatum Albo in a mixture of perlite and soil. I can see roots growing. It seems like water propagation is faster.
if it the same cuttings, but mine don’t have nodes, just cuts. (pretty sure our are from the same seller bc the note and packaging was the same) but mine have been getting node rot 😩
i capped them with cinnamon & candle wax and put them back in water, hoping they can grow roots soon so i can put them in soil. i’ve had them for almost a month now.
I never tried cinnamon and candle wax but that might work. Mine has grown so much since I bought it. Best of luck!

Hello found your channel from, the Esty shop . do you have a link for your moss pole. thank you
I do not have a link for my moss pole but I bought a 4pack moss pole from Amazon.
can i asking where u bought this leaves good luck
I bought it from GreenBeautyPlants on Etsy. There is a link to the shop on the video description.
Beautiful plants awesome video Thank you
You're welcome. Thanks for watching.
What size pot did you start out with? Any updates?
I started with a small pot and repot it to a bigger pot last October.
Hi… did your leaves grow larger eventually after pot transfer? Becoz in the video the leaves were much smaller than the actual leaf cuttings that you received from Etsy….thanks
They are actually growing bigger now that I made it climb the moss pole. It's not as big as the original leaf but it's getting halfway there. I wil post a video update soon.
Wow! Nice! I just bought two and my cutting arent doing so well with water propagating. They started to rot. Maybe ill put in soil. What type of soil did you use?
I normally trim the rotting part right away if I'm having that issue while water propagating. I used Miracle Gro potting soil.
