I agree. Rather have night vision over Thermal imaging camera. But still. Ulefone Power Armor 18T is the phone i want atm but i love my Ulefone Power Armor 13 that is my current phone really much.

just finaly got this phone a week ago after it was sitting in canada customs for just over a month the phone is very heavy whioch ios ok but I cannot figure out why it vibrates on calls when I have vibrate turned off, the last Ulefone I had I could turnm off ring and vibrate but this one I dont seem to do this it seems to have either vibrate or ring like I mentioned even with the vibrate on call turned off it still vibrates :(

I just bought the phone and i have noticed that there was an extra screen protector while the phone already has a screen protector. Should i install the other one?.

I got this phone.. And i noticed that the battery drains pretty fast.. I also got battery saver on.. And i set the screen to 60fps only to save battery.. But it still drains pretty fast.. There are also no background apps running
hello. i have another phone with similar problem, i checked battery application and found google app draining most of the power, i disable that from running background with other application and every thing now seem ok
Check the capacity of your battery mine is 8740mAh not the 9600 stated
I had "Android Auto" taking 90% of my battery. Prevented that from running and now i can hold a charge for 3-4 days on normal use.

Not of you like long battery life this is a power hug on power saver I see myself using my armor 3t for media as the battery is better I mainly use mine the armor 18t as a hot spot. The battery life is really a buz kill for me my 3t never did on me in 4 years this died twice in 2wks

Hello. I wanna use this phone as Daily. But... Nobody speak about sound when somebody calling... wanna order that phone but i wanna know if its loud so when rings in my backpack so i can hear it on destruction site where machines works like 2 meters away... and what is the upper speaker sound quality and loudness when speaking with somebody on phone.. i just got cheap samsung a53 or something like that and its just too quiet and i need to go 100 meters away to speak with somebody... and i broke the screen 10 days after purcuse because it was in backpack and i throw backpack like 1meter away on into excavator where i work behind seat and phone was turned to screen and crushed screen... so now im ready to spend 600$ on it as i always got cheap phones because i know i will change it quicly...2 years 5 phones broken lol... And this it fit my working place :D big battery,waterprof and wont need to carry 2 phones.. i could carry it in pockets without being scared to destroy the screen...as i have kids i need phone with me,cant leave it in car while working all day... Please some info of somebody who have it... worth it,Is it loud? or to go get cheap rugged phone and use it only as working phone and i hate having 2 phones...alredy tried and hated it... i dont care about size and weight.. i know what im going in... had blackwiev before and was perfect untill i lost it or somebody stole it... but then got back to normal phone and never thought to buy another rugged phone as blackview lagged hell of it vs xperia z from my wife... but that was like 3 years ago...

@@shamardi8811 depends on use, I still have Doogee S98 Pro on top because of the thermal camera's higher resolution/fps and also the S98 pro has night camera with 2 IR LEDs. And I really don't mind the ca 35% cheaper price (in Sweden at least) that comes with it😁, I have no use for the higher specced chipset in the 18T.

What is the difference between 18T and 19T.?
2 things 1.cpu 18t faster and 5G but 19t 4G 2.front camera 18t 32mp but 19t 16t.
It doesn't have Android 13. This & many other claimed to be $500.00 or more major drawbacks....
No support, no upgrade, no firmware updates.
Remember what ATG said, "Once you installed a cover, your phone becomes a rugged phone.

since this review doesn't really show much about the main camera I'll add my experience here
Short:
So far its been pretty shit. It may have a high megapixel but the phones software is so terrible it makes no use of it. the framerate is jittery and low making it very hard to take pictures without fuzziness, and videos without dropped frames.
Long:
Every time you take a picture in low light it looks fine till you actually take the picture and then it saves extremely grainy and then the preview goes super grainy too which is an obvious bug.
making videos is really really bad, there might be a small amount of stabilization but if there is or isn't I really have no idea, but the framerate is awful and I swear it drops frames when too much is happening, I'll have to put one of the videos into blender and have a closer look though.
another really bad thing is there's zero way to access the camera from the lock screen even the newer android feature of double tapping power to access the camera doesn't work unless the phone was previously unlocked meaning the chances of snapping a picture before its too late is high.
Its just weird to get a phone that boasts its high performance and yet its like it can barely handle running its built in camera. I just hope its all fixable in software and its not some kind of hardware bus bottleneck causing it.
Also the endoscope that I got had dirt on the opposite side of the lens meaning when you have the scopes lights on you cant see anything in the camera making the endoscope completely pointless
I just put the video I made with this phone onto my computer to test it and I'm not shitting you this phone records videos at 20fps
Alright more testing 4K is 20fps everything else is 30fps which means their advertised 4k 30fps is a lie, so again here's hoping that gets fixed in software

@@kimmiemukhtar2468 No screen lag that i know of, though the screen is way dimmer than a normal phone display. Apparently that is because the screen it does use is more durable so ill give them a pass on that if its true.
they already have the 19 and 19t released which seems to be a cheaper cut down version of the 18 and 18t with no 5g and what not, so they release phones pretty quickly. I might recommend waiting a bit and seeing if they come out with something better. But if the camera stuff I mentioned doesn't bother you then I think the 18T is fine
Oh actually my one new complaint is I cracked the screen protector and I can't see a way of buying a replacement through ulefone

I've got the 9T. If real IR night vision was built into this 18T, next to the thermal, I would've upgraded immediately.
