I have the Ulefone Armor9, and after six months the GPS reception went really laggy, after a year mobile reception decreased noticeably, around two years mark the Wi-Fi started dropping out entirely on top of already poor signal all the time. Three years on and the touchscreen is non responsive about 50 times a day and requires screen lock/unlock to start working again. That's after three years of use in an office environment. This is a rugged phone.. seriously? Hardware issues are understandable, but Ulefone's service centre dismissal of any claims of any problems of this sort existing on a wider scale, advice to have the phone reset to factory settings each time and generally really poor and unhelpful attitude is not the after sales support a global company should be delivering. Overall really poor product and bitter customer experience with Ulefone.
I am tying to get Ulefone service dept. to acknowledge my case, so I will continue posting about my experience. If you see this as a cry, that's fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even keyboard warriors.
This is a good phone, and I still like it, but the way the rubber backing is installed is a weak point. after extensive wireless charging and use, the center of the backing specifically on the outer edges starts to pull off of the casing. The glue used is not adequate, and once the backing starts to peel its basically a strainer like metal plate and water can then penetrate the phone. Great phone, I actually really liked it, but that rubber backing is a major design flaw I cannot overlook. I'm upgrading to a newer model without the solid rubber back panel.
I wish a company would make a flagship phone that has a thermal camera built in. I understand how niche that would be but I for one would appreciate it
@@phasepanther4423 well then it would be a flop. I bought the phone shown in this video and it is a buggy mess presumably full of malware. I haven't taken it out of airplane mode, because of the potential malware, and even still it can't keep apps open for more than 1 minute before crashing
Ha ha still love my 18t's. utra great. Works on rogers and bell no prblems at all in Canada. Dropped my 18t four times on warehouse concrete floor and once in winter on a ashfalt parking lot bare. Niw just need UleFone to update android to 14.
No one talking about how bad microphone quality it is. Many of people I calling wonder why the sound is so bad. Quite annoying. Only solution is pay 80 usd for a headset
As someone who has used other phones with Thermal, and owns the 19T. I can tell you its way ahead in how good it looks and functions. All up to preference but I wouldn't expect super fancy screen, rather have a solid screen that can handle getting beat up. This screen handles it well on the 19T
@@Cameron_the_Robot So what is your thermal resolution 480P? I don't think so. But good for children. I review & returned the G1s do horrible thermal resolution video that hurt the eyes.
So, I bought one, loved it, but my speakers both went out on it so had to return it. Gonna order a new one but I was having issues connecting it to my Ford (just connects and disconnects with the USB every 4 seconds). So Android Auto wouldn’t work. If anybody else here has one, have they had issues connecting to Android Auto or maybe I just had a lemon?
im gonna get this phone i think, not really a hands on worker or whatever, but i always tend to crack the front or back of my phone. But I still wanna be able to play games so I want it to have some decent hardware inside, I also like the large battery and thermal camera. Only thing im worried about is that this review is sponsored, lol...
these ulefones look like scam. there are no drop/durability tests on yt except uploaded by ulefone. big red flag. imagine dropping it once and the whole screen is broken lmao "armor"
It handles drops as high as 5 meters with little damage. I own this phone and have used it for several months without issues. I have dropped it while getting out of my car several times. no protector on it. Works like it did the first day and has been awesome. Never once has any of its falls ended with broken glass. Some scuffs but nothing vital. This is my second one from them, I own the 18T and it still solid but 19T has SO much more to offer. Nothing is a scam from Ulefone, its a legit phone company with a very legit line of products that work really well.

Don't wish for that.
They'd charge about the same price as a new Mustang.

Thanks bro, I'm thinking to buy one, so this video was helpfull indeed. So TT technology is a friend indeed if you are in need of advice.
Awesome review brother. Nice phone. Never heard of the company. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend.

Been dealing with the CAT heavy duty phones for last 3 years just got this 18T I didn't know what a crap phone the CAT really is until I got the 18T.
Cool video. Although it would be cool if you didn’t sound like a flight safety briefing 😂
😂😂 it just kinda happens when i put the camera on record 😂
Has anyone been able to find a fitting small mount for MTB riding? I know the ulefone one, but its dimensions...puuhhhh
9hz thermal camera's suck. Use at least 30hz. Graphene CMOS camera's will be gamechanger
Why Is the 18t More expensive?
I looked at the specs of both the 18T and 19T on gsmarena. It is counterintuitive, the 18T has 5G but the 19T does NOT.
I just got the 19t IM IN LOVEEE
Slightly faster cpu , gpu , 5g vs 4g , 2x more megapixel selfie cam, to name a few

What a unique one❤
You didn't mention that it only runs up to 4G. We're on 5G, and it doesn't pick up anything, even in our city center.

Almost 2024 & this has a dated LCD screen. Thermal resolution sucks at best, way below dated 720P.
Too high of a price for using dated features.
because I have agm glory and agm g1 s and 19t ulefone armor 19 t HAS BETTER THERMAL than these agms
