Her speech is just amazing and people are just talking about her hair? You know, I used to hate Gaga for no reason, but one day I realised what an artist she is and how much she's evolved throughout her career and how passionate about her work she is and how hard working... and she deserves my respect!

"Paparazzi" on youtube and Lady Gaga is all over the page so i clicked on an MTV one (now I know it's the MTV VMA performance of Paparazzi 2009) and Gaga stole my heart in that 5 minutes... Since then I've gotten my hands on every interview, every performance, and every speech I can find (except for the concert, I didn't want to spoil it for myself) so I went in July when she came to Texas and I'm going again when she comes back in March!
This is the video that has convinced me of Gaga's honesty, integrity and artistry; she seems to me to be a consummate professional and a beacon of artistic morality. I appreciated her music, but now I also appreciate her.
I lol'ed totally when she said "Yeees, I'm an artist" when he asked "Are you an emotional person?"
She needs to do an interview with him in 2 years talking about her newest projects

That's why I love Lady Gaga she's like every other singer they automatically get stuck up and don't care for anythingbut themselves. She's different she wants to protect her work as would anyone who isn't famous. She is so sweet and so real.

Haha. People have been saying "her fifteen minutes are almost up" for three years now. It's getting a little tired.
It's kind of scary how right she was. To this day, she isn't considered a celebrity as much as she's called a work of art. She's a genius, and if you disagree, take a look back at how successful she's become in only 4 years of fame.

Alright, I'm gonna add this powerful statement:
By default - a singer, songwriter, composer, or producer is an artist. Music is auditory art - it's a heard art form.
BUT, as a society, we transform those very same artists into celebrities.
Gaga is an artist at heart, and she's very passionate about her work. Just because she's popular should not make her less of the artist she already is. If anything, she's more of an artist because she's touched the people with her work.
Think.
she's more than an artist, she's greater than that.

HONESTY could make each human able to do more in life,in a better or easier or more trustful path if we just said what was in our heart. Not being able to speak out can result to harmful feelings or reactions. Speaking out and feeling, can simply make you an "artist" (and "artist" means in my thoughts:whatever you do in life-and this does not ONLY mean SINGING or ACTING,etc... But just being the person you ARE) :) Artist:being the best you are.

There's a difference between cocky and confidence. She writes awesome music that has a deeper meaning but people just don't care to see it. They're blinded by thinking that she does this for attention. Think what you want but it's not true. Lady Gaga cares about her fans and she produces music she wants to hear. Nobody is copying anybody else. You can only change so much but there will always be similarities in music.
