This is due to physical effects caused by the high temperature differences between the sheets / pan, the food being cooked and the ambient temperature and does not represent any product defect.

I agree all Cook well . Quick question the omelette are not looking like omelette for the ala carte . They are more likely frittata . When cook fried egg . If the customer wants 1 order of Sunny side , 1 order of over easy . Basted . 1 order of Over medium . How you going to manage . Same as the ala carte .
