I just scored on a light used 6arc. 16" Proof ss, rifle gas system, strike industries rail & parts, Anderson lower, CMC trigger & 7 bxs of factory ammo. All for $1k!! Tickled with it. Just need an optic now.
I’ll wait for palmetto state to bring their upper out. 3 uppers in and I couldn’t be happier. My Valkyrie shoots better, not a giant margin, than my buddies full custom builds. Granted I may of been lucky but can’t complain when I spent 300 on an upper and he spent 800.
I bought a Pro2A Tactical left handed side charging handle last year. I think I paid about $989 for it. It was shooting all over the place until i got about 200 rounds through it and shoots ok now. I bought an American Precision upper and built another lower for it and that thing shoots really good. Put a Riflespeed adjustable gas dial thing on it to reduce the blow back. I run my pulsar clip on on that one and a ATN 4K on the other.
I cannot recommend Uintah Precision enough. I bought their bolt action upper, for the AR platform, used, with around 2,000 rounds through it. The 105gr shoots the best out of it right now. I have shot .5 to .7 MOA at 100yds. A buddy of mine shot a .23, prone, on a magpul bipod, with no bags. If their gas uppers are anywhere close, i would love to have one.
Just now getting into AR platforms and have one now. Just wondering what would be more beneficial if I just got a 6 arc upper for it or just get a whole new gun?
What mag brand do you use for 6arc ? I’m having issues with ASC 10 rd mags with 75gr bullets. I ordered some Duramag’s hoping they will work. Tried 3 different buffers and all had the same issue. Researching I’m hearing the right mag makes a world of difference.
As for helping with the twangy buffer spring… Any experience with JP silent captured spring? I’m considering one on my 6 ARC, but I’ve never used one. Pros/Cons???
I used one on my 18" 223 Wylde 3-gun rifle. Was using a rifle buffer tube. JP reduced mass BCG, also. I just ran. All I needed to do was turn my gas block down a little to what I felt comfortable to have always reliable cycling and left it. I could probably turn down the gas even more but I never got around to fiddling with it
dont be scared. send it. if it sucks, send it again. just prep with isopropyl alcohol or similar to remove oils. especially the lower around pins and detents. thats if you care that much. and close your dust cover.....tape or close optics.
You can definitely build on for about 450 to 500 Delta team tactical has 18 inch 1/7.5 twist barrel for 89 and 99 bucks they have bcg for 90 and the rest you can use your imagination now with that Said you would probably have to put in a lot of work tunning and cheaper build like that but for someone who don't have 700 to spend on a 6arc give Delta team tactical a look
We need a TPH stripped lower …. With the logo on it.

What do you think of the wilson combat 18" hunter 6arv barrel? Is the intermediate gas system a deal breaker?

I am using Duramags and have had no issues. Shot around 500 rounds though 5 different mags. They are the 25 round mags.@@lorenkrug
@@acidburn831 Cool Thanks
Would you suggest passing up the SPR (77gn 5.56) for a 6 ARC DMR? Currently have a HD 5.56 and a 6.5 CM bolt gun? Thanks!
How about the stag covenant ?

Seen a place in North Georgia pro2a tactical that has complete builds, you might want to check out. There not expensive
You guys probably talk about it but is a 20 inch barrel worth it for 6 arc?

Did your S&W 6mm ARC come with a type 1 bolt? Mine has a type 1 bolt face depth vs the type 2 most others are using.
Please test the ruger ranch gen2 6arc
lets see some swarovorski on these arcs
What ammo are you running?
Any thoughts on the stag arms covenant 6arc?
Not yet.
So where to start…Umm, it doesn’t come like this. Great start!

Seekins best by far 1800 insane quality
SOLGW 6arc?
Patriot ordinance factory 6mm arc
I don’t get the 6mm arc I shoot the 224 in 60 gr and it’s faster than the 6mm arc 58gr
The cheapest ARC is the one you build yourself.
They already discontinued this rifle
