Telling Quinn that she'll be the oldest freshman if she continues failing is the best motivation suited for her 👌🏼 | Daria on Comedy Central, DStv Ch122
I love how Daria was actually going to help Quinn write the paper (albeit with payment) until Quinn insulted her. She had it in the bag but just had to go on and bite the hand.
That's not as bad as Beavis or Butthead being the oldest freshman in Highland High. Or, for that matter, being the oldest 8th/7th/6th/5th/4th/3rd/2nd/1st-grader/kindergartener in Highland.
0:56 The message (for anyone interested) Dear Mr. Morgendorffer, Mrs. Morgendorffer, and/or caregiver, As your daughter/ward Quinn's Language Arts teacher, it is my sad duty to inform you that Quinn is not working up to her potential and is in danger of failing Language Arts, which I teach. Now I use the phrase "working up to her potential" deliberately, for it is my belief that all students have the potential to soar like eagles (educationally) when their imaginations and interest are engaged, and in fact Quinn's imagination and interest are engaged, only not by school or anything to do with learning in any shape or form. Ironically, I myself have learned quite a bit about current skirt styles and materials by listening to Quinn and her friends, but unfortunately this does not help her grade. Would that it could! In any case, I thought you should know about Quinn's poor performance so that together we can help her bring her grade up. When teachers and parents work together as partners, look out world, nothing can stop us now! Sincerely yours, Timothy O'Neill (Quinn's Language Arts teacher)
@@Zindakku Dear Mr. Morgendorffer and Mrs. Morgendorffer, I regret to inform you that while your DAUGHTER'S knowledge of current fashion is outstanding to listen DURING class, I can't say the same about her HISTORY grades. Perhaps YOU could assist her finding a balance between the two before the problem because IRREVERSIBLE!
Oh now Hellen and Jake care about Quinn wheh all the time they abandon her cause you were too busy wondering why Daria wouldn’t talk to the orher kids ?
Daria is the only one who can talk to quin in a language she understands
I mean, they're like two years apart in age, and while Daria isn't desirous of popularity, she speaks the language of the popular.
So true!

That was your chance, Quinn. And you blew it. 😂
Now I’m curious about Jake and the phone bill…
He call the Hot line

I think Daria would be an ok mom.
Quinn: I'm sorry mommy, I'll do better next time, I promise 🥺

Helen gave the same speech that Beyoncé gave to the rest of Destiny’s Child
Or what Diana Ross told the other Supremes.
Quinn: Don't worry, I'll have to do is like get an A on my next essay, and I'll be fine.
Daria: I'll take the Vegas odds on that one.
Me: Me too.
