Nailing the turnaround in a 12-bar blues song is as important as any other part of the song. I don't care how fast you can play, if you don't nail the turnaround you'll sound like an amateur. In this lesson I'll teach you my 5 favorite easy blues turnarounds, each with a different sound. - Видеоклипы
4 minutes in and I can’t take it anymore. I’m going to play guitar
That top view looking down is by far the best angle for learning things and I wish more instructional materials used this method.
Unless you are a lefty

It’s amazing how my playing will wane as other things take priority in my life. Then I’ll watch one of your videos and instantly be re-energized and inspired to continue this passion. Thank you.
he is an awesome teacher
I really appreciate this lesson. The fact that you showed these in E and A (with and without open strings) along with how to find the starting points were really helpful in being able to transcribe to any key. Thank you 🙏🏻
Watching this, the lights just came on on how to construct my own turnarounds. Thank you, brotha!
Glad to hear it.
One of the best channels on YT ... thanks a lot!
This just popped up and it's exactly what I've been lacking lately! Thank you!!!
That's one of the best lessons on turn arounds I've seen. The camera shots and explanation was great. Thanks
thank you so much Mr.!!! this class has been pure fresh air during quarantine. amazing chanel. Greetings from South America.
man i learned how to play srv style like 12 years ago with your videos, today i found your chanel again and im gonna see each video uploaded in the past 10 years. thx so much for your dedication im just taking guitar serious again and your lessons are one of the best ive seen on texas/srv style. keep up you made me the guitarist im today!
Excellent! A very useful lesson, and you have really cracked the camera angle thing, the camera aimed so that we see the fret board as it is when we play it (does that make sense?) is very helpful.
Totally dig this lesson 👍🏼 Was looking for something like this but not shown quite like you can, thank you!
Excellent as always!
Groovy lesson. Thanks buddy. Your playing is killer!
Great lesson, I've only found one other lesson that explains the why and where of different turnarounds, but didn't cover this many variations in one spot. Turnarounds have always mystified me.
This dude does NOT suck and new riffs are exactly what I need
G’day Anth, once again, Great tutorial mate!
👍🇦🇺
Thanks for sharing. Very interesting the perspective of the camera...
Thanks for the useful vid. Great camera angle really helps finding the notes to fret!
Very nice explanation and demonstration!
Thank you Anthony!
Hey Texas champion thank you I love it so much, all the best from Australia 🇦🇺
Amen lord bless you sir guys!
You are an excellent teacher
Excellent video: very well explained and demonstrated!! Subscribed!! 👍🏽
Great camera view!!

Excellent lesson. Thanks bro man~
This is so, so, so, coool!
This was one fantastic lesson, thanks so much for sharing this great stuff. I hit like but I wish there were a better option to hit! 🤙
Sweet thank you !
thank you for sharing.
Thank you!
Very very interesting! Thank you
Great. Thank you 👍
Very nice video!
great vid!!!
Awesome lesson - do you have the tabs or sheet music for this? Would be so helpful. I have been watching it and watching it but would be great if I could see the music as well.
Great...thank you..
yes!
Like this video!☺
Muito top ! 👌
This guy should have more likes and followers :D
I love that Texas blues tone what effects pedal gets that? Share if you can and if not no problem....
Killer tone, brother! What pups you got on that axe?
What you say in the beginning that the double timed turnaround doesn't fit to the chord progression: it actually does, both do. Great tutorial!
That tone...
I like those turnarounds. You should have Tabs for them.
In the little while, all new quitarists, will need someone to put their fingers in the right place
Great video...! Just one question: Im a blues-singer and guitarplayer. wanna come to the US. where ist a good place to go to play blues with natives and to learn a lot? im german - and I like texas-girls :)
Sounds like Texas is the place for you! Lol
I hate the top view. Drives me insane. LOL Trying to get my tablet to not rotate the screen so I can watch it upside down. Might be one of my favorite Blue's lesson on the tube.....but the upside down view....develops my ear learning as visually, it fucks me up. LOL
Do you put clear polish on your nails?
Anthony, I love your lessons but I’m left handed. The top down view is less intuitive for me than a front view of your fingerboard. Are there other camera angles or a mirror option available to members on your website?
@@iamnotafederalagent5552 Unfortunately less but the most frustrating thing is some models just aren't available in left handed option.
I can't play with the watch so tight, it must not be good to play like this, muscles and tendons are pressed
Excellent channel ,just foundyou
Dude say what string / fret you are doing instead of covering all with your Gad and moving along
there is so much noise in the sound. i can't take the noise, sorry.
Not a diss or anything here. He likes his sound on the dirty side. He demonstrated this on his low watt amp video. Low watt amps are a bit gnarly; reason to have one vs. clean higher head room amps. Sounds good to me. You also have to consider that the noise will be lost in a mix. Pro vs. clean home tone. You want the crazy Strat harmonics to sing a bit.
Its a guitar 😂 did you eventually go live ina monestry ?
People take their own time to produce and post videos for FREE... and what do they get??? It's too fast, it's too slow, you talk too much, you don't explain enough, your guitar is too distorted, your guitar isn't distorted enough, your action's too high, your action's too low, you always try to sell me stuff, you part your hair on the wrong side. Sadly, the people that post this crap wouldn't give five seconds of their OWN time to teach anyone anything. Haters got's to hate. Me... I love having something new to watch and try out on my guitar while I'm stuck here inside :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) (I know... somebody will bitch because I used too many smilie faces).
You're just showing off. Not teaching.
If you are correct, I have fooled A. LOT. of people sir.
Dont like the beard
Thanks for sharing. Very interesting the perspective of the camera...
