Hi Jess! I would like to know if you did some kind of diet or something after giving birth, you look amazing 💗

Hey! Aw thank you so much. It took about 4 months for me to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, but my body definitely still doesn't feel the same. I didn't do anything special with my diet, but I am exclusively pumping which uses a lot of energy/calories and I go on at least 1 walk with Nico a day, which was more than I was doing before pregnancy actually so I think that helped!
