I have searched in messages from one of my contacts. I found a message I want, but
I can only see the first few lines of the message? it will not open up or take me to that days’ conversation?

It might be an issue with how the message is loaded or a glitch in the app. Have you tried scrolling back through the conversation or using the search function to find the full message? Sometimes refreshing the app or clearing the cache can also help.

Hi again, Dondie! Clearing your cache won't delete your old Facebook messages. It just removes temporary data stored on your device. Your messages should remain safe and accessible. 👌😊

But chats are not visible now on messegnger....it is showing only groups now on messenger

🤔 It sounds like your chats might be hidden or archived. Try going to Messenger, tap on your profile picture, and select 'Archived Chats' to see if your old messages are there.
