Oh wow! Really appreciate that! No plans to stop anytime soon. But output will slow down before the end of the year as I have to get my 2024 content ready.
Just wanted to say thanks. The amount of work that’s gone into producing this video is not lost on me. And yes, agree Animal Kingdom just about takes the top spot for me.
Thanks for the review! I agree with your rankings and learned some insights that would have helped us on last year's visit! ❤ I saved it as a reference for our next visit in another 10 years..... LOL!
You know, I never expected anyone to pick Animal Kingdom as their #1--However, with the logic and reasoning you just laid out, it absolutely makes a ton of sense. It definitely has the most consistent lineup of theming, dining, and live entertainment, and while it doesn't have as many rides, the few that it does have are some of the best in the country.
Kinda guessed the answer would be Animal Kingdom from your other videos. But I still loved the quick yet slightly complex calculation that led to the final answer being in your favour! Made me laugh so much. Thank you for another great video!
Hollywood Studios for me! 3 of my favourite rides there, Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller coaster and Slinky Dog Dash. I love the old fashioned theming of Hollywood from years ago too. My husbands is Epcot for World Showcase.
@TheFrugalBrit it's a tough one, they all got something special about them. Only did Mickey not so scary halloween this time, just made it a bit more special and exciting
This channel is brilliant ❤ thanks for all the tips so far! We are going on our honeymoon to Orlando next April. Just wondered if you have any plans to do any reviews or guides of the featured merchandise shops in the universal and Disney parks?
I’ll be honest, we didn’t ‘get’ Animal Kingdom on our visit. We did it for one morning and didn’t return, as we didn’t particularly enjoy it, but when we return we will give it a fair crack. Thanks to your videos, we’ll watch out for more things. Studio on the other hand was our favourite-a great mix of rides, love the vibe, and hopefully we’ll get to go to the sci fi cafe next time. Great video, thank you.
It's like you read my mind, totally agree with all the lists. Sometimes its a shame things have to evolve, my all time favourite firework show was IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. Animal Kingdom just has the X factor. Fantastic video again mate.
I’ll definitely watch this later. But just to show how difficult this is. My favourite is Hollywood Studios. ( big star wars fan ) my wife loves magic kingdom ( princesses and haunted mansion etc ) and our son loves Animal kingdom ( animal trails, rides and safaris) but we all absolutely love Epcot ( differently countries culture, drinking and eating round the world ) good luck coming to a conclusion here.👍
Our Son says he has been proven right😂 we all love Animal kingdom. The safari, Everest and pandora. We also tried the animation station during our last visit. So much to enjoy.👍
I just wanted to thank you for your videos, we just got back from our 2 week trip and all of our planning was inspired by them. We stayed at Cabana Bay for 2 weeks and did week 1 Disney and week 2 Universal and had the best time! Our favourite park was Animal Kingdom closely followed by HS. Avatar, Everest, the animation experience and the safari really made our holiday. Hollywood Studios would be first but the rides were constantly closing down all day which became frustrating even with Genie+.
@@TheFrugalBrit We loved it! We stayed in a family suite and found the buses, volcano bay entrance and nearby water taxis great. For a once in a lifetime trip we’ve been doing an oddly large amount of planning for a potential return in 2025!
@danthomasburton Amazing! Yeah Cabana Bay is my preferred hotel with the fam. I’m in Dockside as I type. The walls are incredibly thin, but I still rate it.
This is a great video, I’ve been trying to watch as much Orlando content as I can before our trip in February. Love the restaurant ones for idrive and city walk too, great work 👍🏻
Great video! I disagreed with some things, but agreed with most (although maybe for different reasons). It's really all down to personal preference and taste. I personally don't think Magic Kingdom ride need upgraded, they are classics, beloved by generations. I don't mind adding some new stuff, but just because something old doesn't mean it needs to be updated and replaced. Carousel of Progress is a good example, some people don't get it, but I love it, and it is also the only WDW attraction that Walt Disney actually touched as it was originaly from the 1964 Worlds Fair. But as I said great video, very comprehensive and informative!
Here’s the odd thing about the Hollywood Blvd. themed entrance of Hollywood Studios…they essentially replicated it when Disney re-did California Adventure as a “do-over” with the Wonderful “Buena Vista Street” entryway…And it WORKS SO MUCH BETTER THE SECOND TIME!
Hi! 99% of the footage is mine, unless I’ve given credit in the top left. One good tip is you can filter search for videos on RUclips that use Creative Commons licence 👍
@@TheFrugalBritthanks a bunch for the tip I love your videos and wanna make a channel for myself because I’m very passionate about universal and Disney but I don’t have that many of my own clips yet
I wonder if you would answer a question for me. We are only going to one park this October and I’m not sure which one to choose. Only one of us is a thrill seeker. My husband. He loves Star Wars. The rest of us including my two young adult daughters like less thrilling rides. No big drops. We all love rides that are simulated. My daughter uses a wheelchair much of the time but it doesn’t limit her ability to ride anything. We’re open to Disney and Universal.
As a Disneyland local who has only been to Disney World once (with a planned second trip in the near future), my favorites lean toward the two parks that have very few rides or thematic elements in common with Disneyland: Epcot and Animal Kingdom. I feel like Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom are great parks on their own, but everything that's duplicated from Disneyland just feels second rate and not as good as the original (and I know not every ride that's duplicated at those parks came after the Disneyland version, also I'm not talking about rides like Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway or the Star Wars rides that are essentially identical). If I'm traveling across the country to visit DW, my thought process is why waste time going on rides that I can just go on better versions of back home. Instead, I try to focus on the unique experiences that each park has to offer, and Epcot and Animal Kingdom easily beat the other two parks in that aspect. All of the parks do have amazing rides/foods/experiences that I wish we had back here at my "home" park though.
My vote still goes to Epcot, even though I fully agree with your ratings that find it wanting in a Lot of categories…and it probably is solely because of my unique and Extremely strong sense of nostalgia (a weakness as I am stumbling my way through my early ‘50’s)…I was twelve when this park opened in 1982 and I WAS ABSOLUTELY IN NERD HEAVEN my first two visits in ‘83 and ‘84… My Dad was an employee as a young man during both years of the classic 1964-5 NYC Worlds Fair as was my Mom (who worked briefly at the Great Moments with Mr Lincoln attraction!) and they both instilled a Love of the Worlds Fair aesthetic..we visited the 1974 fair in Spokane, Washington (of all places!!) when I was a small boy as well as the ones in Knoxville, TN and New Orleans as a teen and Expo ‘86 in Vancouver as an older teen…and Epcot was the SOLE reason my Dad ever agreed to take a family vacation to the Orlando parks….I’ve always felt at home there and even with the awful walls (which, since I haven’t been there since 2019,:has never outright ruined any of my visits) and ALMOST EVERYTHING I loved as a young person long gone (pour one out for my beloved HORIZONS!)…it is still my favorite Disney Park (and probably my favorite overall park I’ve ever been to)….2nd, for me is Hollywood Studios, third is Animal Kingdom (sorry, but I live in San Diego and we have an Exceptional Zoo and Safari Park here and, it’s Just not That big a deal for me!) and at the bottom is Magic Kingdom ( a weak-sauce version of my beloved Disneyland, only an hour up the highway from my home )
Oh wow I can see why you have such nostalgia for Epcot. As always, really interesting perspective. Unfortunately I was a little too young to fully appreciate the wonders of 80s/early 90s Epcot. Such a shame about Horizons.
@edvaira6891. I live in San Diego also and will be visiting Disney World for the first time. This comment of yours will carry a lot of weight for me in my planning. Being we have been to Disneyland and San Diego Zoo/Safari Park multiple times. Thanks for your perspective.
As an Animal Kingdom fan, even though that park doesn't have a huge number of rides, Flight of Passage and Everest are my two favorite theme park rides ever, like not just in Disney, so AK would still get the #1 spot for the ride section for me also.
Why does this guy sound like he’s never finished his sentence? There’s barely any punctuation in his voice, just keeps going and going then breathes when he absolutely has to! He puts entasis on really random bits of the sentence. Love the video though😂 keep up the good work
This channel is my absolute favourite, everything about the videos are 10/10 thank you so much for all the hard work that must go into this channel.
That’s very kind thank you for that. Glad you’ve found them useful 😁👍
Another amazing video from the Frugal Brit. Keep making amazing videos ❤
Oh wow! Really appreciate that! No plans to stop anytime soon. But output will slow down before the end of the year as I have to get my 2024 content ready.
Epcot is our favorite if and when it’s not under construction. We would be happy with an Epcot only annual pass!
Yet again, the most insightful, concise, and fun guide to anything Orlando.
I think it's the voice!
Keep 'em coming, Frugal lad!
Much appreciated Kev lad! 👍
Great content - we are leaving in twelve days for our next trip and your content has been helping us prepare and get excited!
Amazing, love to hear it. Hope you all have the best trip! 😁

Unavoidably arbitrary 😂
I am very happy to have found a very nice video.
I would love to see a ranking of restaurants and recommended snacks for each park.
Nailed it my dude ! Finally someone who can properly pronounce the names of the restaurants 😂 Great video !
Thank you! I don’t have the best history with pronouncing names on here 😂
FB . Just another fabulous review . My fav is Animal Kingdom to be honest . But it’s all about personnal choice . 😊
Indeed, Ak is my fave, but for first timers with only one day to spare, wouldn’t be my first pick to recommend.
Animal Kingdom is by far my fave! Absolutely beautiful park!
Stunning!!
Hollywood Studios for me! 3 of my favourite rides there, Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller coaster and Slinky Dog Dash. I love the old fashioned theming of Hollywood from years ago too.

Tower of terror is a must do every time I visit.
We loveee your videos!!! ❤😂
Thank you for watching them 😁
Another great video, tough choices. Mine would be 1. Magic Kingdom 2. Hollywood Studios 3. Animal Kingdom 4. Epcot 😊
I’ll probably change my mind next week 😂

I think if you have children, the wilderness explorers scavenger hunt really helps open up the park for you and make it fun.

Fantastic video. Really fun, thank you!
To simplify...
Epcot: Cultural diversity.
Magic Kingdom: Traditional Disney experience.
Animal Kingdom: Theming galore.
Hollywood Studios: Thrills.
Absolutely love these videos. Gets me very excited for our 2025 trip. Keep up the good work 👏
Thank you Owen, hope you have the best trip!

Thank you! I’m working on updated citywalk and I-drive restaurant guides this week, but will be a while before they’re posted.
as someone who almost exclusively eats at quick service (both for time and money) I always struggle to find interesting food to eat at Epcot
Regal eagle is great if you’re into barbecue!

Hollywood Studios as its the closest thing they have to Universal 😉🌎
