    Tarantino comes across as the Art Deco equivalent of a Hollywood Director - retro, rebellious and daring. Brad and Leo are modest in their answers, but have been compiling between them an astonishing ensemble of work, full of vivid, unforgettable characters and performances that will endure forever and that have entertained and delighted us. Margot is divinely beautiful, smart and articulate. Quite the ensemble.

    It was really insulting how that last journalist implied that because Robbie doesn't have a lot of lines her performance is somehow inferior or a waste of her talent. Acting on your own and without dialogue is really challenging and in no way invalidates her character.

    It's an honor watching Quentin's mind at work. I can't think of any filmmaker since maybe Kubrick, who is so invested in their work. The passion he has for film in general is unmatched.

      @J W I'm not denying another director's passion. Especially a Spielberg or Scorsese (Scorsese basically being a God to me) but something about Tarantino just stands out imo. DiCaprio said best just the other day, "it's like having access to a computer database".. The guy is just so immersed into the world of film and television. And he has an IQ of 160+.

    The structure of these presscons needs to be rethought. The actors spend most of their time being bored as the director gets all the questions. Perhaps give the press an hour with the director alone first, then bring on the stars.

      Ken Young 90% of the times these journalists will ask the actors all the damn questions without giving two shits about the director, it's actually nice to see a monstrosity of a director like Quentin who can rightfully be the center of attention for once.

      I don't think both expected to greet each other like that because sometimes you can easily read people and tell what they would want and Leo probably seemed more reserved to the guy in which Leo is for the most. But at least Leo shook his hand.
