Crafting seems straightforward, but gathering (especially fishing) seems to be extremely hit or miss. Btw I won't look online as I intensely dislike spoilers. Thanks!
@KijanisGroove I'm 100 omni-gatherer. I occasionally go teleporting from zone to zone harvesting collectables for turn in, but you get so little for it I often don't do it for long. I'm petrified of spoilers so I avoid looking things up online. And yes, the question was regarding orange scrips. Thank you in advance!
Well gathering is one of the ways to farm orange scrips, even if it doesn't reward a lot of scrips. The other way to farm orange gathering scrips is fishing for the Copper Shark. The Copper Shark is available every 1 to 2 hours and the fishing window is open for about 20 minutes a time. During that time you should be able to get a good amount of orange scrips. I think the best way to farm orange gathering scrips is to gather with the BOT/MIN and visit any Copper Shark windows when it is up. To know when the Copper Shark is up you can use the online fishing tracker Carbuncle Plushie. Hi ,whats your advice for someone who just came back to the game from a long break... like a year , i have pentmelded indagator's gear plus relic tools , i am working in leveling up... lv 95 so far , so what i can farm when i hit lvl 100?

@@KijanisGroove Thank you , i am mostly looking for farm gil and engame crafting and gathering activity , you know to craft my own gear , sell some stuff like food , tincture , etc .
For farming gil, you can try the new things that should be in demand in 7.1: materia, any gathered material or precraft material used to craft the new crafting and gathering left-side gear and tools (make sure you have all the number 11 master recipe books), the new fish we will most likely get in 7.1, and Aethersands (Sunglit, Mythroot, Mythloam, and Mythbrine). The tinctures and food you mentioned may not sell for that much at this point of the expansion since the raid tier has been out for a while now. However go ahead and take a look at your marketboard to see if its worth the time and effort to sell them. The newest endgame gathering activity released in Dawn Trail is farming Rroneek Horn Tokens for the Rroneek mount. The tokens cost 1,000 orange gathering scrips and you'll need 100 Horn Tokens to get the mount, so it'll take 100,000 orange gathering scrips in order to get the mount. The tokens and the mount can be purchased with gil but if you don't want to purchase either, this is a grind that will keep you busy for a while, lol. They didn't release a new endgame crafting activity in Dawn Trail. We will have to wait for Cosmic Exploration and the relics for that.
