- I really just can't stand parties. I can't stand environments where everyone is putting up a front. And I especially can't handle being socially open with strangers for even a slight period of time. I used to go to a lot of the school dances in middle school. It wasn't all bad, but after enough family gatherings, social events, and parties of any kind, it became apparent how uninteresting and anxiety inducing these kinds of things were.
In high school, I stopped going to most events, parties, and gatherings, opting really to only attend things I would actually enjoy. Taking more of a social backseat, I started doing more observing and thinking about people and social pressures.

i went to a pretty competitive grade school in a more well off area and it’s all i can think about when i listen to this song. it was obvious that i came from a family very different from many of my peers and that i was very different as well (everyone around me could sense that i was autistic before i could for example). i tried so hard to fit into everyone’s expectations of who they thought i should be for a long while until my teen years when a switch was flipped and i refused to play the game any longer.
I love this one so much trixie, it absolutely nails that vibe of sitting in a corner at a party.

This has to be my favorite song off the album. It reminded me a lot of music on the radio in 2016/2017, and the description's added context just makes it even more relatable for back then. I don't think I really have a reliable memory from those years, I just know I was struggling a lot. It's difficult to think about, and this song makes it easier. I really appreciate this song's distance from the world. The vocals are far off, a bit quiet, like Vylet's a ghost. Nobody really notices she's there unless they're looking for her, and they're probably not looking for compassionate reasons. She adds a lot of grace to an awkward world, when I still lived in it, I felt more like a clumsy poltergeist. I didn't exist until people wanted to deride me, but I couldn't help but draw attention to myself! It's really hard to get to a point where you're comfortable being your own company when everyone around you seems to have other people. I love this song's introspection and reverence for just being a loner, so thanks for that.
I mean fair enough, I also am not fan of parties but only for the social shit, for alcohol and food I am definitely always gonna come to a party.
I personally like underground raves because I love being the DJ it's especially fun adding my own music to the list that I produced myself, which makes me feel happy and myself. I just don't drink or smoke or do drugs. I DJ and produce music. I don't wanna die an early grave of something I enjoy, which is making people feel the music
This is one of the reasons I love hardcore shows. I get drunk, get in the pit, and I feel the music. Just fuck shit up on my own and let everything else sink into the background.

Oh yes, one of my favourites off of the album! Reading the description gave me an additional appreciation, given how much I relate to what it expresses. "I'd rather be a loner than a faker" vibed with me, especially now that I get the context. The only parties I can enjoy are ones held at pony cons, a crowd I know I'm comfortable with where the added sense of mutual understanding means everyone can be themselves. What's the point in living if you can't do it as yourself?

Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from. I hated school functions. For me, they were always filled with cliques huddling in corners of the room, and people being artificial; trying to show off how perfect and popular they were. It got a lot better when I started attending parties in groups I actually cared about, like my local furry community. There is a lot of neurodivergent and queer people there similar to me where I feel I can be open and true to myself without fear of being judged.

This was my introduction to reggaeton and I can't believe I've been missing out
In relation to the song itself, I'm happy I'm not the only one that thinks this. Stressing about what to wear that wouldn't give me dysphoria (I'm transmasc for context), if my partner was going to be able to dress up nicely, the unnecessary noise, quickly getting bored of the event itself, and ultimately crying outside due to personal stuff I was trying to ignore for the night.
I'm not a fan of pretending at all and completely forgot about how much I hated it until then. It isn't the end of the world missing something you know you won't enjoy.
I like these musics. Very chill. Makes me have happy dreams.

If this is a song about a terrible society (at least it seems so after the translator), then in principle I can say that good people will be bad almost everywhere, at least in my country I have met more bad people than adequate ones, and I think in other countries the situation is about the same. It's really terrible, but we're forced to live in this world, and it's best to make at least your surroundings more appropriate. This way you can hold out longer in an adequate state :)
One of your best musically , but i must say, i found it difficult to pick out your lyrics. Your wonderfull vocals felt slightly muted, while your music felt a tad too dominant.
