- A very simple way to flash Android Marshmallow to your LG G3. In this video, we look at flashing the Dual SIM D858HK Variant.

Actually I just bought an 858hk and i upgraded directly from stock kk to marshmallow so far no issues. the lg up tool is a gem didnt need to use the other flashing tools. thanks alot this works better than you say it does my friend :) thanks again. this thing moves like greased lightning on marhsmallow man its pore-raising :)

Quite scary at the beginning, started to updated when 5:00, it is Marshmallow now however, I can't seem to find the IMEI now.

I'm having trouble downloading the firmware. When I click on 'skip ad' on the adF.ly site, it just brings up a link to the kdz file in a new tab on the browser, but doesn't download the file. I've tried with both firefox and chrome. Is this me or are the links no longer working?

I don't know what file to download from that site,because I have 32Gb model.
doesn't matter if it's 32gb or 16gb...you just need to find the firmware for your particular variant
For D858HK are two:"6KG/HONG KONGV30a" and "KG/HONG KONG V30a"

I did the whole process but my phone is still on Android 4.4.2. Any idea what now? I did download proper files and did the process correctly.

the phone was rebooting after the update , and in just stuck there, so i took out the battery and put back in and is just shows LG logo

why not update to official lollipop first from settings and then try this just to be safe..i updated from lollipop so Im not really sure about ur case..
no ota for me, i've tried several times but no luck
then maybe try this same method for firmware v20d (lollipop) first and then go to v30a (marshmallow) from there...
tried, the 20d.kdz fw not available - not found- on site........ this 10f is really annoying

yes u can...using the same method but by selecting refurbish i was able to downgrade to lollipop and then to kitkat...

Thank you my good sir. My GPS became weak and locks on really slow all of a sudden. They say this may fix it. If it doesn't, well at least I'm finally out of KK lol.

Hello I tried downloading the files from your link. the G3 Flash.zip
but the download stops at 17mb (it should be 27mb) thus I cant extract the zip file :(
does it work on windows 10?
elektroluver what kind of question is that? Android is nothing like windows...
I think you didnt understand my question. I've read that there are some compatibility problems with the tools if you run it on a windows 10 pc.

But It already has the kitkat version
G. Abbas oops...sorry I meant lollipop...if u can update it from your settings, do that first...then flash marshmallow if u really want...my battery life was terrible in marshmallow so i went back to lollipop now.

No, not yet, I don"t know what version is, Marshmallow ( 6.0.1 ) or Nougat .
