Very cool to see the detailed assembly of a little aircraft like this. I watched the wing assembly as well and found it equally fascinating. Thanks much for documenting it all! Very nice indeed! DC
When do we get to see you sit in the airplane and make engine noises? When I was building my first homebuilt aircraft, I spent many hours doing just that! Love the aerolite!
rivets on plastic .......metal abrasive rivets without any little rubber grommets in between so the vibration doesn't let the metal rub through that plastic.... smart.
The more I watch the more disgusted I am in the way you guys build them flimsy Little Things you don't clean off any of the mating surfaces with the two-way tape. And there's got to be a better way to secure something like that onto the airplane because that looks like it just going to blow off in a matter of time. Go back to the drawing board grab a real engineer and having design something that's actually good. Too many of my friends and too many of my colleagues have legitimate concerns about this very reason and none of them have the balls enough to tell you like it is so ......I will
I think the windscreen and nose cone really sets this aircraft off. Great looking plane.

What would a replacement wind screen and nose cone cost approximately?
seems like it would be easier and stronger if you molded a single piece that slid over the nose.
