I loooooovvve how you incorporated the recaps in real time during your shopping! It flows better! Great job! Sometimes things happen for the best and we don't realize it until later. I think you will come to see this experience as a blessing! Great job Danni!
Would you consider doing some short video at the beginning or inside the of your videos occasionally that is educational moments: for example if you found some Tonala you do a break away and give a 5min history of Tonala and then maybe show some existing inventory with prices, and then go back to the shopping. Also like the new updated background music.
I've been liking how you've been stopping to give little educational tid bits to people. I really don't need it on the history of things, but most people really do.
@@JennyMack it could be either. Ken Edwards' story of how he wound up in Mexico making pottery after apprenticeship in Japan. Once you hear a 2 min history of it, you can see it all in his pottery. I'm also interested in what happened to some of the glass companies. I really only think about it sometimes when I see Danni shopping. I can go down a rabbit hole looking things up online while watching Danni shop!
I always shop at the Assistance league here in Hawaii. I much prefer it over Goodwill anyday. Its cleaner, more organized, and I always manage to find some beautiful vintage items there. I also love the fact that everyone that works there is a volunteer and 100% of the money goes to their charity. The charity here has something to do with helping children (sorry, I can't remember what it is right now) and I've found that the majority of their volunteers are very sweet retired women that could teach some of the paid workers at Goodwill a lesson at giving great customer service with a wonderful attitude.
I actually like this format, putting the price info in during the video, more than the recap at the end. I always watched the recap but enjoy this much more!
I like how you showed the purchase prices and values as you chose the items in the store. P.S. At 28:59, I'm pretty sure that painting with the green frame is an advanced-skill level paint by numbers piece. W. Ling Prum signature? I was around then and remember how paint by numbers kits were very popular in that time period. They came in various skill levels from kids through pros like my dad who was a graphic artist and advertising manager. He was so funny: he bought a nice large frame with a white canvas in it that he hung over the sofa. He never got around to painting on it, so when people would ask about it, he would say it was his picture of a white cat in a snow storm! PPS: he is also the one who invented the idea of putting the word "Ambulance" backwards on the front of those vehicles so those ahead could read it frontwards in their rear view mirrors.
I want to apologize and also thank you for teaching me a lot about the resell business. I’m just up on pop culture and kind of sway my thinking. I talked too much basically thank you for your knowledge that you so gracefully give
Nice! That doesn’t even look like a thrift store! I truly enjoyed this shopping adventure. I agree with the other comments, you should wear the green dress to the wedding. It’s beautiful. As a side note, I think the people who unsubscribed due to the format change were too hasty. These videos are fun and informative and you get the values as you see the item. Keep up the good work, Dani!
I saw N. Lingham as the signature on the art, and I love the green frame; it sets off the green of the mid-ground in the painting perfectly. I did enjoy the video, and you had great finds. I hope Rachel isn't too stressed by the schoolwork. Have a great day! 💞💕💞
Just wanted you to know that these new videos are amazing. Great work to you and Noah. Really enjoyed watching it. I even watched yesterday twice and might do the same with this one. 😊
Hi I’m new to watching whatnot and NSW nation! I love it! I really enjoy your conversation about everything thrifting people creativity . I’m a Mum of five Grammi to six and wife of 46 years. I'm from Montreal where Joseph Ribkoff has their clothing factory. Their dresses retail for at least 300.00 Canadian. Ribkoff is considered to be one of our better designers and their clothing is sold in higher end boutiques. Good find!
Hi Dani, love, love the new way of putting the money value of the item when you are picking it up. Just keep up what you are doing and always go with your gut when it comes to doing things new to you. Have fun looking and hunting for things. Love and hugs coming your way of all of the family. PS give your mom a hug from me, please. Irene

Hey, Danni. Your 3rd guess is correct. I pronounced like "size" One consonant in the middle of two vowels means the first vowel is always long. ❤️
