This worked for me! The left AirPod was not connecting and I thought I had damaged it. Once I cleaned the metal part it connected and started charging!

if your left airpod doesnt show up in the popup just press forget device in bluetooth. open the case and hold the back button until it turns orange. leave the case open for like 30 seconds. it worked for me

None of these worked to get the left airpod to work again.
I'm 90% sure this is a clone because it used to have a light on both the stems when only in the charging case. Now only the right does. And when I first connected them it said "Not Your Airpod Pros" like it did in the video.

I have a different problem, with my sensors it skips from transparency to noise cancellation completely avoiding "off". it works if I do it manually but the whole point of the AirPods was to do it with the AirPods itself. can you recommend anything?
