These are my absolute favorite!! Thank you so much for this video ♥️
Thanks for stopping by! Cheers!
I love that crispy exterior!
They were so tasty CJ and the crunch was awesome!
never had them but that crunchy texture looks very tempting.
Oh, you'll love them bud!
Sir Thank You. I was intimidated by these. I live in San Antonio Texas. No one has these cooked like at a restaurant or food truck. Jealous Devil charcoal is my Absolute favorite. Thank you.
@@briangleason5597 Thank you buddy for l stopping by! 👊

Ha! You lived in Mission? That's my area - the RGV! Ya - they turned out awesome! Thanks brutha! 🤘🤘
@@AlLunacyQing I did! Most summers I spent there working the horse ranch.

Thanks buddy! 🍻
Great video boiling now
Nice! I'm sure you'll kill it! 👊
Never had sweetbreads much less cooked them. Do they take to marinade pretty good? Or simple just the best way to go?
I've only marinated them once with soy sauce and they were equally as good. I usually do a red seasoning on them and that's my family's favorite way of enjoying them. It really depends on you. Cheers!
That is a protien I never seen, what kind is it?? It looked great charred, sounded so crispy...
Its beef Sweetbreads. Very tasty when cooked right. I'm sure you can find it at a butcher shop. It's a specialty item if bought outside of south Texas but here locally it's available everywhere.
@@AlLunacyQing I will have to try one day?
Never heard of these , they look pretty good. Great job Al! Cheers 🍻
@@gharv1313 Thanks Bat! 👊
Crispy like chicharrones…save me some bruh!!!!
Hells yeah!
What cut of meat is that?
It's beef offal - thymus gland. Its what hangs in the throat area of a young cow.
