I would say yes cook in foil them add some oil to hot griddle and fry em up

But I had to look up the word mollejas and and once I saw what it was I remembered the scar that was permanently entrenched into my brain tasting them as a kid that I carry until this day 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but I fully support this cause man I just lost my dad to cancer in February of this year! Great job on the cook bro ! 👍🏽
