A staple for many mexican parties! Christmas time we always had cabrito guisado. You should add a two or three burner camp chef gas stove to your collection. The two burner goes on sale for $100 often. Cook the guisado and you can have a comal for the tortillas!

Al this is my favorite dish. In San Benito it's a toss up between Vicky's Restaurant and El Gallito for the best. Fiesta makes great seasoning. I use the brisket rub all the time.
