We live West of Walt’s Campground ! If you ever are in Stockton Kansas we have a nice little city park with electric, water and shower house. I believe it is 10-15 a night😊

I have loved your channel for 4 years. I watched before the pandemic with my husband. I have had dreams to get an rv, but my husband died of cancer and I have stopped having the dream to camp. But this episode made me cry and cry. In a good way as it giving me hope and opening me up in so many way. Thank you Robin.

Give yourself some time. I am in your same situation. My husband passed 5 years ago. I'm just now going to get my house on the market this summer so I can get on the road. I will be 67 when that happens but going to do it in spite of the naysayers. Good luck and happy travels.

My husband and I also planned to do the same and I lost my husband to strokes in 2021 and I've given up on that dream too...but maybe someday, I'll short distance camp as my children need me more to watch grandchildren nowadays. Blessings!

So sad for your loss Robin. We lost our dog of 17 1/2 almost a year ago to the day, it still brings a lump in the throat and a tear. I swore I wasn’t going through that again, the loss is immeasurable but 10 days later we went to pick up a new puppy - best thing I’ve ever done! I highly recommend giving another kitty a home if you are up to it.❤
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your cat. They are special. Mine traveled with me in a tractor trailer for most of her 19 years. I know it's hard for you. Big hugs and safe travels.

Heart warming story. I would also agree with Boondockers Welcome. We had a couple of very nice stays, coincidentally in Kansas, on our first big trip in our RV van early this summer. Your videos are always excellent. Sorry to hear about your kitty. That was definitely a love story.

Robin I adore this - I’m a happily solo woman preparing to travel by RV soon in my off months. I enjoyed your story of live and fellowship through boondockers welcome so much! This kind of hit home because my mom passed away on February 22nd which ironically is the same as my daughter's birthday February 22nd... Although it was 33 years apart.

I just moved from California (retired from Bay Area local government) to Kansas for a better cost of living and I'm having a cultural shock in a good way. Best move I ever made. I love your channel, keep being you.
How did your family react to you moving so far away?
@kimberlyhughes6807 one grown daughter that stayed is sad and I miss her, and her family, terribly. She understands though the cost of living is an issue. My other grown daughter moved here too.

Such a beautiful love story. My husband and I celebrate 25 years of marriage soon, I was divorced and he was widowed. After meeting, I moved out of state, but that didn’t stop love, and I moved back within a year. Our five children gave their blessings, too. Btw, Robin, you look just beautiful! This was a beautiful video. Thank you so much for posting it. I thought of you Robin when on Thursday I lost my sweet cat to lymphoma. They bring so much to,our lives. I too felt the same about boondockers welcome. I use my HH all the time but I have always been skeptical of BW. Guess I should give it a try.
