I really love Harrison. "It's the day's work for me". Great interview, and you know why?. Because it didn't focus on Star wars or Indiana Jones. It's about being a storyteller and how you go about living your life. This is why he's a man I admire to the max. He's humble, but doesn't have to be. He's an actor, but not a diva. He's Hollywood, but not spoiled. No matter what Harrison does, he does it with practicality and logic that every human being "should" be able to relate to. He doesn't do his films for us. He does it for himself, and you've got to admire somebody to be willing to go the extra mile to give himself personal satisfaction in his career, all the while giving the best of himself for the audience and choosing those roles that will cause the emotional response for the audience. Forever my role model
It is called anxiety for those that don’t know anything about anxiety not that hard to work out he is nervous. When people are nervous they find it hard to talk. Has that never happened to u?????
Been a fan of Harrison and his work since 1976, I was 9yrs old. I'm 54yrs old now. And still love the guy. I'm really glad he survived his plane crash.
Fun fact-Ford was flying into John Wayne Airport-California about 5 years ago & landed his bush plane on the taxiway. His confusion caused the FAA to review his license, but he got off with a warning.
His interviews are always engaging. He's very human - not infallible - fine sense of humour! A modern Bogart, Jimmy Stewart or John Wayne... a person of intelligrity & stability... we're lucky to have him!
This seriously has to be the best Harrison Ford interviews I've ever watched. He really goes down to Earth in his views and responses to each question he's approached with, while still being civil and professional. Side Note: He's my #1 favorite actor.
He's absolutely terrified. Poor guy. But as an avoidant person, it's inspiring to see someone as famous as Harrison struggle with this shit and still confront his uncomfortable fears.

If you're an introvert who feels uncomfortable being in the spotlight, you'll always feel uncomfortable. You might learn to cope with it (as in Harrison's case) but it's not something you look forward to.
The lady who asked the first audience question, regarding Practical Effects versus CGI, really took the moment and asked a fabulous question. One that you could tell Harrison was immediately intrigued by and related to. Great great great question. And you can tell he thought the same.
A star of the cinema . I have good memories and regards when i was a kid and watching star wars movies, indiana jones movies and other movies of Harrison. Great actor.
Great interview. I ended up acting from a similar background. Bambi was my first movie also, with the same impact. Theater group was my first community and I found it was a way to overcome shyness. At the time (and maybe when this interview was filmed, Ford appeared in Ender's Game, and Amchorman 2. The interviewer falls into asking yes/no questions which isn't meant to evoke in depth, involved answers, yet with Harrison it does. The deeper open-ended questions, that you are supposed to ask, seem to shut down Harrison Fords interest in responding.
