Damn bro… you should definitely change the way how you installed wing. It’s not solid at all. You should do full conversion of rear spoiler for wing mounted straight to car frame/construction mounts. It’s not cheap and easy way but it’s only proper way. Car looks great. I’ve done similarmods in mine three years ago… and few others. Like GT4/LMS wide side blades. ;)
Completely agree. V10+ owner here and I've installed a DTM GT4 wing on mine but chassis mounted it the way it should be. That deck mounted version is not secure at all and will go for a ride at proper speed. Cosmetically the build looks killer! For the facelift versions I really dig the capristo style carbon front insert which is a bit more menacing imho. Looks great though! Especially the matte black with all the mods.

I’m really thinking about getting a V10 plus but to things holding me back at the minute,finding out how reliable they are & what’s the market like for selling them on when wanting something different? Only thing I’d do with mine is a nice wing if it hasn’t come with one,a nice exhaust if it doesn’t come with one & a cheeky remap possibly but i no stock they do go really well,atm iv got a fully forged golf mk6 R with a RS3 dsg box running 560hp & 505ft/lb so it absolutely moves & iv had the TVS software on the dsg box as that’s the best out there imo
@@AUTOIDTV I understand completely.You are also maintaining the reliability of the car by keeping it NA,once you go forced induction especially the twin-turbo route,reliability will be something you will now be chasing.
I watched the episode before this and bought a 2023 r8 performance today because of this guy, will be nabbing the same kit down the line, question for modding exhausts, as mine comes with a 3 year warrenty, will it void my warrenty if i was to get the milltek catback? not looking to tune as already have 620 break cant push much more on a NA

Carbon Ceramic Brakes
Bucket Seats
RWD
Now has buckets & it’s already RWD. You’re right about the ceramics though
