House is listed at $880,000 that is closer to $900,000. That is a big difference.
It's the lowest price freehold house on the market in the 800's currently available.
Garbage being sold for 1.9 million

Around how much annual income should you have to be approved for 800k?
I'm not a mortgage professional, but ball park idea assume 20% downpayment, for a mortgage loan of $600K would need approx household income $120-$135k, and this depends on many factors such as any debts or loans, type of income, and total debt service ratio which a mortgage agent can calculate and discuss. No wonder so many people are unable to buy homes! I live in New York where price are high but those two homes are definitely over priced!

In this market you just don't know. After filming the 1st semi-detached house in Clarkson listed for $888,000 recently sold for $980,000 with multiple offers.
@@MariaHomesTeam Good to know. People assume if it is not worth it for them then it's not worth it for everyone. Wrong. In 5 years, you won't find anything under 1.5M in major cities in Canada (except MTL).
@@radio_nowhere agree and in smaller markets outside of the urban centres. There's a large difference in prices. It's really driven by a supply and demand and demographics shifts and population growth.
1 million is one of the most affordable areas...good grief....Toronto is unaffordable for most
