    Hello, I am planning to move to GTA because I am going to study in Toronto. I’m wondering if it is possible to live in Mississauga and work/study in Toronto. Is it too expensive to commute everyday?

    • @livinglocalwithfaryal
      @livinglocalwithfaryal  7 месяцев назад

      You can definitely live in Mississauga and commute to Toronto. Many people chose to do that. one of the perks of living in Mississauga is that it’s closer to Toronto.
      it costs you about $7.55 each way if you choose to take GO bus/train. However, you can choose to buy a weekly or monthly pass which might be more cost efficient. Let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.

    Winter that’s least the problem and winters getting less snowy and cold unless you coming from hot countries ,real problems overcrowded and no jobs, high unemployment and what good 😅economy you talking

    • @livinglocalwithfaryal
      @livinglocalwithfaryal  6 месяцев назад

      The city is becoming overcrowded, yet it seems many prefer to simply sit and complain about it rather than making their life better by moving out.
      There are numerous smaller towns and cities further from the core where the population density is much lower. These issues are typical of living in major urban areas worldwide.
      Overcrowding is largely due to the greater number of job opportunities available closer to the city center, which may also be the reason you are here?
      Unless more smaller cities become accessible, grow economically and have good infrastructure this will continue to be the case in Ontario.
      Youth unemployment is notably higher, so if you fall within this demographic, your frustration is understandable.

      @@livinglocalwithfaryal there is lack of jobs due high immigration and now seams that all international students taking jobs from people already here it’s not that simple just to move in other place after living in this province and city for 20+years but it was never bad before like now and economy is the worst now ,no jobs and housing and yet more people coming

    • @livinglocalwithfaryal
      @livinglocalwithfaryal  6 месяцев назад

      @@slavonijacro I hear you. The high immigration has messed up many things in our Country. It was never like this. However, I also feel these international students are brought here on false hope and to entice them with permanent residency. They pay double sometimes triple the cost and live poorly. I don't think they are too blame but it is our government and immigration policies that need to be changed and improved.

      @@livinglocalwithfaryal well they knew that before coming to Canada and that was just their ticket to Permanent residency to Canada and no I dont feel sorry for them there are lots of Canadians who live poorly too myself included and I dont blame them but liberal government who just bringing record numbers of people in short time,hotel where I work is full asylum claimant from Africa I guess they couldnt get easy in Usa so came here and getting housing before Canadians waiting and some came pregnant too its crazy how liberal government makes easy for them now students getting PR in like 3 years almost ,we have no jobs no housing and 500.thousand and more people coming each year

      @@livinglocalwithfaryal I see my comment earlier is delated but no I don’t feel sorry for Indian students they knew about school fees prior coming in Canada and so many choose to come because it’s their ticket to Permanent Residency because they never live after finish school but get permanent residence in 3 years and some of them choose some bogus schools too
      Also we have so many poor Canadians too who struggle with high prices for food and housing
