    We are planning to move into Mississauga next year... Do you have listed homes for rental or just for buy/sell?

    Thanks sir, this one is really informative. Could u tell me which city is more benficial Toronto/Mississauga?

    • @nickvazquez
      @nickvazquez  2 года назад

      Thank you! It depends what you want. Toronto is a big city with more amenities and better transit and all of that. Mississauga is a suburb of Toronto. They are both close to each other though so you can live in Mississauga and still work or hang out in Toronto

    If you can get a detached or semi-detached house in Mineola, Mississauga Road, Port Credit, Streetsville, Sheridan, Lakeview, or Lorne Park, then do it. I wouldn't get a condo or townhouse in Mississauga. If you can only afford a condo or townhouse then go to Richmond Hill or Oakville.

      Depends what you like tbh. I don’t think a condo or townhouse in Mississauga is a bad buy at all

    Is there an employment sector is great in Mississauga city or not? Especially, a profession related to a hospitality sector?

    • @nickvazquez
      @nickvazquez  2 года назад +1

      There are a lot of jobs in Mississauga. Also many more in Toronto which is a short commute away (around 30 minutes). There are some hospitality sector jobs in Mississauga, but you would probably find more in Toronto as it is a bigger city.

    I'm living overseas, my daughter is in mississauga, she left as a student for Canada, I don't think she wants to live in her birth country anymore. Can you help buy a multi family house in mississauga close to the sheridan college..

    Pros of Mississauga: crime is low. Con: impossible to walk anywhere; it's designed around the car.
