I’m a retired hairdresser and I think your new haircut looks awesome , your new hairdresser 💇 I would say stick with her she has blended the hair beautifully , Not all hairdresser can do a great haircut so when you find one stick with her , I have a similar haircut and travel 40 minutes to my hairdressers because of the great cutting skills she has , I am 73 years old and have wavy hair, 😊

I'm 71 and have had an undercut pixie since late June of 2020 ( first COVID haircut.) Your haircut looks great on you. I'm not a hairdresser, but I think the best hair cut is the one that the client can deal with on a daily basis. YOU styled your hair beautifully! Wish we were friends.
I actually like it and even the back more than the front I would leave the back like it is and have the front just a pinch longer all in all I don't mind it at all ..and yeah 3 weeks 💯 and stop worrying the back is 10/10

Cute hairdo! ! I’m 76 and when I was young my sister went to beauty school to be a hairdresser. I was, of course, the Guinea pig. One time she cut my hair and I looked like Captain Kangaroo! I told her that and I never forgot what she told me! ‘It’s only hair-it will grow back”! I still tell women that to this day! 😂

I'm 84 and have had a pixie cut for a long time. Get it cut every 4 to 5 weeks. Back looks great. So easy to take care of...will continue to be a pixie cut girl...always get compliments. Find & use the right products...then it will be great. Love neat & easy...and still fashionable.
@@judyhurn7045 but thats another problem with pixie or other very short cuts. They are high maintenance. I cut my own hair now. I’ve watched salon girls cut my hair all my adult live so during Covid I tried it myself and since, I get compliments all the time. And you can go longer without a cut with a bob. Just maybe trim the bangs which you can do yourself.
I think your cut is super-cute! The back looks great. You're just not used to it. But not many women can do a pixie. You certainly can. I'm just surprised you got such a good cut at the mall. I've had my hair ruined so many times from walk-in places like that.

I think you look great with short hair. I’m 73 & my curly hair is getting thinner so I just got a wavy pixie cut & everyone thinks I look much better. It’s hard to let go of the beautiful hair of my youth but as my grandkids say, Nana your hair really rocks!
I love your haircut and color. It suits your face. I fully understand how you are not quite comfortable with your haircut this short but will “after 2 or 3 weeks”. I now cut my own hair BECAUSE of having to wait “2 or 3 weeks” for my haircut to feel and look the way I want it. I do a fairly okay job and I am happy with the results. I am 63 years old and started cutting my hair since 2018, I wished that I had started earlier. There’s no more stress of having to deal with people not listening or fully understanding my requests. And saving money and time is also invaluable too doing my own haircuts.❤

I just got that same haircut 4 weeks ago and, like you, I wasn't so happy with how short it was in the back. But, my hairdresser, who I've been going to since she was about 23 and she is 36 now, is the best one I've ever gone to! I get compliments every single time I decide to mix it up a little! She is honest with me and if she feels she can give me the picture I show her, with a few tweaks (cause she knows me that well!) I am always a happy customer! For me, my hair is also thin, white like yours and this haircut has been what I've wanted all along without even knowing it! You wouldn't think it can be styled several ways, but it absolutely can and that's what I like! I get bored with the same look every day, so, yeah, enjoy this cut you got. I love it on you and, trust me, my back has come in nicely! PS: I'm 76 and I think we are rockin' our 70's!! Lol!

Personally I’d want it fuller at the crown/back too, and spikier height on top. I would need a little more fullness at the sides. I recently bought this style in a wig, to give me an idea what to expect. It’s a huge change and makes me look more mature. Like NYC business woman, lol. Smart, trendy. I’ve worn my hair in a short bob for 25 years and I know, adapting to a new look can be difficult. But you look wonderful and wear it well. ✨💖✨
I'm 81 and switched stylists to get my pixie cut. The former lass got into a rut and I was looking more like the late Queen than Jamie Lee Curtis. Really happy now, with proper sideburns. So my wardrobe has been spiced up a bit recently to match. That 40yr old is still eager to have a second run...

My mom and sister were hairdressers, so you can imagine I always had to have the best cut for the time. I just had my thin hair cut today and for the past 2 haircuts we’ve just did light highlights to bring out my naturally silver white hair.. I have very short hair also. I loved how you styled it to give it more body. I’m 73 and just thought it time to stop all of the dark colors. Hope I can style mine like yours. Very becoming on you.

I'm 81 and switched stylists to get my pixie cut. The former lass got into a rut and I was looking more like the late Queen than Jamie Lee Curtis. Really happy now, with proper sideburns. So my wardrobe has been spiced up a bit recently to match. That 40yr old is still eager to have a second run...

It’s very cute!! My hair is exactly the same. I am also 74 and I loved the high school pic of your hair with curls! My mom and sister were hairdressers, so you can imagine I always had to have the best cut for the time. Anyway, I love movement in my hair too, and I think the movement in the back of yours looks great!! Thank you for sharing because it’s always hard to find a good, edgy, fun cut at our age.
I just had my thin hair cut today and for the past 2 haircuts we’ve just did light highlights to bring out my naturally silver white hair.. I have very short hair also. I loved how you styled it to give it more body. I’m 73 and just thought it time to stop all of the dark colors. Hope I can style mine like yours. Very becoming on you.
