I don't think people quite know how much work is involved in putting together something like this. I'm doing something similar, not for a video just for my own reference, with the royal rumble. And I am only doing it with the stage entrances. Start the ppv, skip through it till you get a clear shot of what you want, screen grab it then catalouge it. The project is taking ages. Hats off to you sir, this took some doing my friend. Keep up the good work.
WM 14 & 15 Were my favorites arenas in this video great events as well one of my favorite matches Kane VS Undertaker in there first encounter.and who didn't love Austin vs Rock at 15,and The triangle ladder match at 16 because Jeff Hardy's Swanton bomb of the ladder awesome moment.looking forward to part two NikateeN great video 🙂👍.
NikateeN You're welcome and good Idea separating the video into two parts it would have been really long covering all 32 WrestleManias at once that's too much work on you're part 🙂👍.
My favorite settings for WWF events are the NBA/NHL arenas filled to capacity with simple entrances... My favorites are Summerslam 1994 in Chicagos United Center, Wrestlemania 14 in Boston (I was there) and Badd Blood 1997 in St. Louis.
Back then all the way up to wrestlemania 9 I think, the ring was intentionally made smaller than so that the wrestlers appeared to be massive in size when viewed on television
I absolutely hated that neon gate that they use for 8 62,000 was awfully generous I was here it looked Mighty empty I attended 6 as well that looks like there wasn't one seat available man how I miss these days however when WrestleMania is where exciting could work very cool greetings from Buffalo New York
2:25 Wrestlemania 3 was epic. For some reason though, you didn't show the actual entryway, just the aisle facing the ring. The entryway was a big opening in the stadium, a tunnel and featured the big WWF logo just above where the wrestlers would come out, like the mania that came after. My favorite entrance was Ricky Steamboat's, his theme was so epic followed by his epic bout with the Macho Man. Oh yeah!
love ur videos thought i was the only fan that liked certain details like this like stages and entrances etc..is that every little step playing in the background?
You missed something on WM XI, One of the ring Aprons was the Blue New Generation ring apron, normally seen on Raw, featuring the New Generation WWF logo multiple times. It was located opposite the hard camera. Due to there being a mix up with one of the Wrestlemania ring Aprons.
Obviously WWE wasn't thinking about the future when naming WrestleMania 16 "WrestleMania 2000". Now, one has to wonder what they'll do when they actually get to the 2000th WrestleMania.....
If they get that far. Besides, Vince doesn't want WrestleMania to be individually numbered anymore or be called "The Granddaddy of 'Em All" either, because it just reminds him that he's old & out-of-touch, a contenting point which he vehemently hates being reminded of, never mind that as meglomanical as he is, Vince will eventually have to job out to the tandem of Mother Nature & Father Time before GOD comes to play HIS own Creative Control card, effectively sending Vince on a one-way Fast Pass ticket straight to Hell for the multiple unethical decisions (both in real-life & in kayfabe as the Mr. McMahon character that's merely an exaggerated version of the man himself as-is, nonetheless) & horrible storylines (such as, making light of talent's genuine substance abuse addiction [most recently, the controversial angle on Smackdown spotlighting Jeff Hardy's multiple "redemptions" after consistently falling off the wagon], mocking the dead [most notably the "Eddie-ploitation" of "Latino Heat" in 2006 following his sudden death in 2005, not to mention Paige's tasteless comment concerning Charlotte's brother Reid as part of the biopic star's rivalry with Ric Flair's daughter, the entire CM Punk program against The Undertaker that saw the passing of Paul Bearer become a focal point in the storyline leading up to WrestleMania 29, the incestuous line said to Natalya by Ruby Riott in the build to their table match featuring a table adorned with the image of Nattie's late father Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, etc.], the 2002 Katie Vick necrophilia bullocks insinuated by Triple H that permanently marred Masked Kane forever even before the first unmasking in 2003, the blashemous glorified handicap match disguised as a tag team match pitting "The Almighty" - in reality, a lone search light spotlight headed to the ring with some sort of religious tune playing before Vince had the gall to tell Him "to get jiggy with it" & _Somebody Call My Momma_ quickly began playing over the arena's PA system speakers as Vince danced badly in the ring - and a reborn HBK against "Satan himself" Vince & "the demon seed" Shane in 2006, et al), Vince has ignorantly unleashed upon the unwitting "WWE Universe". When the above foibles end up getting combined with the actual political discourse regarding Vince's carny dealings with the bigoted nation of Saudi Arabia (whose inhumane radically Islamic teachings openly defy the very concepts behind American democracy) & the very notion of pro wrestling/sports-entertainment in itself (this means both WWE & AEW) being deemed "essential" just because of a super PAC given to key tourist state Florida by Vince's wife Linda as part of the current administration in order to help prop up Donald Trump's presidential re-election bid, Vince not strictly adhering to present health guidelines concerning the ongoing pandemic which has lead to WWE's first positive case that has subsequently turned WWE upside down & easily spawned further repeated harsh scrutiny lambasting the company, Vince is on the proverbial hot seat.
Jr left the Atlanta falcons and the NFL for a toga, "oh you'll great in a toga Jr" lol that's from his heel promo when he brought in fake razor and fake diesel
In my opinion, best arena; 1) Wrestlemania 2000 2) Wrestlemania VIII 3) Wrestlemania IX 4) Wrestlemania 14 5) Wrestlemania XV 6) Wrestlemania XI 7) Wrestlemania VI 8) Wrestlemania V 9) Wrestlemania III 10) Wrestlemania 13 11) Wrestlemania XII 12) Wrestlemania 2 13) Wrestlemania 14) Wrestlemania X 15) Wrestlemania VII 16) Wrestlemania IV
Who remembers WrestleMania 13 when stone cold had the black glass with Austin 3:16 on it fall and shatter and the end of the tube of the entrance? Awesome for The Time. That was the Austin vs Hitman match where Austin passed out in a pool of blood and switched spot's with Bret to turn him heel so he can start hating Americans lol wm17 was a cool stage. I like wm24 and wm26 too.
JET-LIFE MUZIK nope, 1 was in 1985, that's pretty well known. You're forgetting that 10 years would technically be the END of the 10th, and the start of the 11th, hence WrestleMania 10 being in 1994, 20 in 2004, and so on.
JET-LIFE MUZIK wrestlemania 1 started in 1985. if a human where born in 1985. it would be 1 in 1986.. since wrestlemania isn't a human, wrestlemania 2 is in 1986. get it?
Dillon Haggett Late 90's and early 2000's (basically the Attitude Era plus a couple years) arenas, fonts, onscreen graphics, entrances etc. will always be my favorite looks personally.
Haven't watched but love the concept, one of my favorite parts of Wrestling is the production like stage and graphics.
This is a really interesting video concept, I never thought something would appeal this much to my geekiness.
It's interesting how the advancement of technology is reflected by the year-by-year change in WrestleMania stages.
The Arena Showcase video to end all Arena Showcase videos!!

NikateeN. when is part 2 coming out and do a prediction video for Wrestlemania 33
Great videos! Awesome attention to detail. Keep them coming
I loved the roman/greek design for Wrestlemania IX. Better than the ppv itself!
Greedyselfish97 Same man, that Roman/Gladiator theme was the fuckin shit.

yes! the big one is here! thank you NikateeN
Such an ultimate thrill ride !!

@@Rockabilly1985 Not to Paige it's not.

This is awesome. I think it'd be great if you did Backlash after you're done with Mania.
Great video. Major props to using bobby brown instrumentals.
I really wish WWE brought back the event logo to the ring!
Kev Ngoun yea me too! That's something that WCW did and I always thought it looked cool!
Good shit bro!!!!
there was a helicopter with the wwf logo on it

It seems WrestleMania 11-12 was where the very diverse annual changes started happening.
Wrestlemania 2000 was the first time I ever fell asleep watching a ppv
WrestleMania 30 and 34 was in my hometown of New Orleans
cool stuff good work!!!!!!

10:33 not going to acknowledge that weird blue wwf apron piece at wm11?
2:09 - I bet I'm not the only one who thought 1999 Stephanie McMahon had travelled back in time.

Woah! Gotta stop the video here. Wrestlemania 3 was broadcast from 3 different locations. Not just the silver dome
WM IX looked cool but was a shitty event. A lot of the early Manias had so little in terms of stages and on screen graphics.
