When I open your proyect its diferent from others proyects I have used, I change input and output because im using a launchpad mini and it does work, i mean, it make sound and lights, but not all of them, and they are not in the same order.. Any help?

Set the input and output device properly play this on the new legacy mode
U can go to the legacy mode by pressing the session button for some time and u would be able to see a violet button above the green live button

I don't know if you still need the answer but you have to midi map the keys to the channels of the drum rack.
Click the drum rack and it will show the samples of every pad and right next to it are the channles. You press the MIDI botton that should be in the top part of you screen, then click the little tab that makrs the curent channel and then press the fisrt and the last keys on the right side of the Launchpad. That should assign a key to a channel.
I don't know if you understand well, but if not look for how to MIDI MAP on Abelton
