Poor choice of an example, but it was well explained and I guess things were ALLLOOOTTT different in 2015.

Jorge, you did a very good job explaining this topic. Thanks a lot. When you posted this video, things were a lot different racially and I agree that you could have used a different example.

Yeah, the implication here about white superiority is very hard to watch. This professor should never be referring to groups of in the way that he is. I am really disturbed by this example. The lesson would be infinitely better if this man chose to use a different study. This is wrong.

No, not really. What really wrong is that your assumptions, and tendency to label others based on nothing but childish emotions. If you make a quick google search you can see that his data is not far from the reality. But he even said that IQ is not the showcase of intelligence. My country's average IQ is 90, what am I supposed to do, attack others for using that data? Stop acting like bunch of irrational snowflakes.

I feel offended by your choice of example that is implying intellectual superiority to the white group. As a University prof you should be sufficiently educated about sensitive political topics regarding race and avoid any potentially racist examples. As you said ´´this has no empiral meaning or value´´ so why choose an example that can be potential hurtful to specifics groups that are already marginalized when you could be using any other variables of your choice?

Diego Felipe if he chose blacks above whites, is it also offensive? If not your logic is not consistent. If it is then your point is invalid. The group's need difference points for his point on variance.

Diego mentions that the he should not have used a racial example to not offend any race.

The real question is, why are you feelin offended if he says ´´this has no empiral meaning or value´´? Even IF he is racist, just learn what he is teaching and move on.
