I bought Centipedes for dirt cheap on OfferUp. I changed the original track ball that was completely destroyed and unusable by previous owners. Now I’m waiting for a new vinyl overlay and plexiglass deck protector, then it will be good as new. Thanks Glen.
I purchased your spinner and the trackball, both have made my 12 in 1 perform at another level compared to the original parts. The mods were simple and straight forward thanks to your videos. Thanks again for making these improvement parts available to the gaming community!
I just finished this upgrade after my original Arcade1Up trackball died. Easy install, even easier than the spinner upgrade (now have both). THANK YOU Glen for making these. The 12-in-1 went from "unplayable" to "incredible".
Glen, Simply Bea-U-Ti-Ful!!! I was also one of the lucky ones that got a good Arcade1up trackball (although there were bad ones for some unlucky people for sure :) ). That's the one thing I can truly praise Arcade1up on is letting me have a great Centipede experience when they finally got all my parts to me. When I first heard you announce a trackball, I wondered what Glen could do to make it worth replacing an Arcade1up's? Well, Glen magic, that's how! I can imagine one of these babies in a Coors Bowling project. That's a game me and my Grandpa used to play all the time in his favorite bar. And I like the fact you added lights. This will add so much aesthetic look to any Arcade1up machine! You've done it again Glen! Congrats! vgv
FYI if you have the 12 in 1 glued in trackball, I found it easiest (and almost only way) to remove the screws with a flathead instead of Philips. I absolutely could not get a good grip on the screws with the Phillips and just kept skipping over the screw. As soon as I switched to a flathead with appropriate length to cover the screw head, within a minute I had all 4 screws out.
Thanks Glen for the trackball, I ordered 2 of them and they are flawless, Iv been smashing all my high scores! It's rolls perfectly, super accurate, great price and over all great quality, I couldn't be happier!! For anyone with a trackball, you must pick one of these up for yourselves "AND FEEEEEEEEL, THE POWAAAAA, IT'S A NEW DAY, YES IT IS"!!
Hi Glen, Great video and your Trackball for 1Up Centipede game, it's just what I'm looking for. I looked on Amazon and it wasn't available. When will it be available on Amazon or can I buy it directly from you. Thank you for the very informative videos. Keep up the good work!
Great Video Glenn, can’t wait until the GRS Trackball is available on amazon to purchase! Already have the GRS spinner & Interface Board installed in my Arcade1up & it works awesome. This GRS Trackball will Complete my 12 in 1 cabinet & make all the games fun to play. Please keep us updated when the GRS Trackball is up for purchase on amazon. Thank You Glenn!!!
I'm the proud owner of 5 of these cab's, and will be upgrading with better buttons, sticks, lit marquis, and coin doors. I've already installed your spinner on my asteroids cab, and the trackball will ship the 2nd for centipede. I'm a total newby and absolutely own that if it wasn't for Arcade 1Up I would have never even dreamed i'd own my own mini-arcade. Likewise I owe my interest in modding these things to Glen as I immediately went looking for a fix to that atrocious stock spinner. Thanks for that because this is quickly becoming an obsession. I'm considering creating my own content for the first time. I'm a huge firearm collector and dare I say my new hobby is quickly rivaling the fun factor I get from shooting....well maybe not as fun as shooting the .454 casull he he ;)
Hey Glen! My trackball arrived TODAY and it’s already installed and looking great! I like the red for now to accent my red LED player buttons, but it’s nice to know I can switch to green or whatever anytime I feel ambitious enough to pull those four screws on the deck! Thanks again for a quality product and a great channel
Got the trackball working on it's vertical axes, after a lot of mechanical exercising, a bit of oiling. Definitely replacing with your GRS trackball once it's available. Just got the spinner, in and working nicely in the 12 in 1. Really appreciate this product. Much better than stock components. :)
Great video Glen. I really hope I can snag one of these when they become available. I have 7 A1UP cabs and really like them. Your products help make them even more enjoyable. Thanks!
Just installed the trackball. Significant and financially worthwhile upgrade. Missile Command and Centipede are now enjoyable to play. Nice work. Only request for v3, how about a color rotation option.
I just got my trackball installed and I modded it to work with my lighted marquee in 7 color change mode in unison with the marquee. It's awesome! I really love it now.
Can't wait Glenn! Definitely need the trackball. Mine definitely has some issues. Purchased the Spinner a few months ago and that was a game changer! Tempest plays so much better.
Hey Glen, I'm really impressed with this track ball! It looks amazing! I'm actually able to finish a few levels of Quantum on the 12 in 1. Missile command is also much more playable. I have noticed Centipede is a bit wonky, if I try to flick the ball, like on the actual Centipede, but as long as I just glide my hand over the ball, it works beautifully. Thanks for making this track ball available for the 1up systems. ;)
I suspected that might be the case. I did finally convince A1up to replace my 12 in 1 PCBA, with the updated one. Maybe that'll fix that, but in any case, just moving with slow, graceful motions, the track ball works nicely, on Centipede. :)
My new trackball from Glen's does something weird with Centipede/Millipede where if i swipe the ball from the left of the screen to the right the curser moves straight untill the very end of the movement then it goes in a upwards direction on it's own before stopping. It does this also when i swipe from the right side to the left but when swiped from right to left the curser moves down directly before the end of it's movement, unless of course the icon is at the bottom of the level then it obviously can't do this..and vise/versa. Really strange to me why it would do this. Like you said if i just play normal with my hand over the ball it moves fine other than being slightly too sensitive..but i am getting used to it. I Hope how i explained this is coherent lol
I have the same experience. I think it's due to the way Arcade1up ramped up the sensitivity value in the hidden mame menu, to compensate for the piece of garbage they called a track ball that came with the unit. It's also possible, that the diagonal wheel in the GRS trackball is inputting a little motion into the ball, when the main roller is slowing down. Again, I think it's to do with the high sensitivity setting by A1U. If we can get in, and lower the setting for Centipede, and Millipede, this effect may go away. I don't notice it in Missile Command, or Quantum. Also, if you slow your movements in Centipede, you should be fine. I can go side to side in just a 45 degree rotation of the ball.
Glen, got the Centipede cab last year because the graphics are so much nicer than 12in1. Just ordered the 12in1 PCB to replace board and will add spinner and interface later as board is out of stock currently. To your SI arcade viewers, if the screen dims when a sound is played during the game it means the batteries are about dead.
You got me. I ordered both today. The spiner and track ball on Tempest legacy are not the greatest. And I'll use old part to make a crazy controller for PC just for fun :P
Thanks for sharing this. I'm considering getting both, the ball, and spinner kits for my new Atari 12-in-1. Right now, it's controls are intermittent, between each control. Trackball's not working in vertical mode, very well.
Just installed this on my TEMPEST cabinet. FYI... You have to remove the jumper for TEMPEST and it plays and looks amazing! Hoping the updated spinner is still going out
What happened to the track ball? I would love to buy one. Your link takes me to your spinner, not the trackball. Thanks for making this! Hopefully it's available again.
Everyone should get a track ball form arcade one up right Glen do some more arcade videos on Namco museum my arcade hey Glen your the best hard working man in the world and keep up the good work ☺your awesome Glen
Hey Glen, great vid showing your trackball in action! I do have the Centipede cabinet and mine is like your original, I really do not have an issue with the stock trackball. I will get yours when it becomes available tho, even if just to have that option. I do have a question tho, I assume that if you do not want your trackball lit up, you can use the stock ball in place of the clear one? Same size, correct?
FYI....My 12-1 I bought on 3/4/19 did not have the trackball glued in when I took it off to add a new CP overlay. I will also mention my factory trackball is horrible for Quantum and Missile Command; I can't wait for this upgrade.
Bought the spinner and the 12-in-1 board just over a year ago and the 12-in-1 board seems to have failed. (Factory trackball and GRS Spinner each work separately without the board.) So I bought the GRS Trackball, which effectively replaces the board. I do wish the trackball was easier to get apart or that it came disassembled. I was very concerned that I would snap the tabs on that getting it opened, but I did get it open.
How about an option to have the trackball cycle through all the different available colors? That could be cool. Also, is it possible to re-use the trackball from the 12-in-1 in one of the A1U Centipede cabinets? I'd hate to just let good usable parts sit in storage forever.
I just installed mine. Love the look of it, even though I don't use the LED. I think the ball in the original 12-1 trackball is the same size as this trackball; I wonder if I use the original ball in it without long term issue?! Since it is denser it might slow down a little for the Centipede game. I love everything about it with Missile Command but it is harder to control in Centipede. Thank you for your comment.
Glen how does this play on Quantum before & after on the 12 in 1? Thanks for what u do man. Edit 34:14 looks like it does great, none of that freeze up when you go to fast from what Incan see.
You are for sure the man to ask. I would love to add a trackball to my pandora game box system. For games like golf or Shuuz. Do you have any suggestions? Also if u can make something work I would love to buy from you of course. For your troubles.
@Glen Planamento ; have you tried out the optional 20 pin and 18 pin encoder wheels that you made the 3D printer files available for the GRS trackball or has there been feedback on these from others? Thanks!
The tron stick will have its own interface..but yes the 12 in 1 board will let the spinner and trackball work with the pi and a version of mame that supports mice
Thank you.. a ton of work went into the spinner and this trackball.. But it was with it. I would say about 2 weeks then really depends on Amazon onn them they post it
@@GlensRetroShow Great video, looking for the trackball but I think it's unavailable on Amazon. Should I look elsewhere or is there a plan to restock soon? Thanks!
Hey Glen, nice video. I actually added this to a A1U Asteroids game. Works beautifully. However I have a Galaga A1U also that I converted to a Blee 60 in 1. I would love to add the spinner to this setup to play Breakout which is unplayable with a joystick. Any plans on doing a spinner for the Blee 60 in 1 in the future?
I saw the notification for the new video and my hairs stood on end with excitement...but then I checked Amazon and no trackball :( I hope I didn't miss out already. I got lucky with the spinner :) Got one of those baby's just in time. Please tell me they haven't sold out ALREADY!
Looks good! I just got the Arcade1Up centipede partycade. Any idea if your trackball will work in it as well? I peeked inside, looks like two sets of wires going to different boards. I’ll photograph for you if you like.
Hi, i hope you can help me. I have a fairly new arcade 1 up centipede 14 in 1 cabinet and my new track ball arrived yesterday and today I'm putting it in. First thing i noticed was the wires, by color, are reversed going into the connector on the board. When i turn on the game, i have to spin the track ball like 50 times to move a couple of inches on the main ui screen. When i get into centipede or missile commend, it doesn't move on screen at all, no matter how much i spin it. What should i do?
If it's a new unit arcade one up may have changed something inside I will have to see if we can figure that out :( It would not be the first time they change things. If you can send an email to sales@thunderjoystick.com With some photos
Hi Glenn, thanks for the videos! I have a question...I just purchased a GRS LED trackball and want to know if you can tell if its V1 or V2 by the item code TS-UTB-01. The only other one I see available is the V3 and the out of stock ball on amazon is the UTB-01. Ive not seen any other ball with an 02 in the code. thanks again!
2 questions: 1.) Is there a link to a chart of the color combinations of the dip switches - like what position for red, purple, green, etc? 2.) is there a way to stop the trackball's insides from falling apart if the trackball is turned upside down when modding the rest of the cabinet? - this seems to happen every time I take the trackball out or turn the control panel over.
Glen, I have to say that I own all three of your products, the spinner, trackball, and the 12-in-1 board and installation was a breeze. Now that I have the 12-in-1 board left over along with an extra 12-in-1 PCB and monitor, I am planning to start a project. My question is, since I do not need the trackball, is it possible to remove the stock trackball and wire the stock spinner directly onto the PCB for menu controls or do I need another GRS spinner for this? Thanks.
Hey Glen when will you get more of the new led trackball. I make huge 4 player arcade machines and need to order from you asap.i only want the best that is why I am waiting for your product.by the way I love your new usb grs spinner.you wasnt lying about the beautiful packaging either.lol
Glen, do you have a trackball out, for the Atari Legacy Edition? I just got one of those cabinets, and the trackball in it is non-responsive half the time. LOL. Also could do with a spinner, too.
Yes the v1, v2 and v3 all will work in the Atari Legacy unit. You just need to remove the jumper inside. The spinner is not her working and need a PCB and controller to test to see the issues that people have seen
@@GlensRetroShow oh thank God! I just bought a centipede partycade for Christmas and have been going crazy trying to find the trackball. Do you have any idea when the v3s will be in stock? I'm happy to wait, but I don't want to miss them. Will it be just installing it and nothing else still? Thank you so so much!
Just got mine and installed works like it should but curious what 8 ms mod is? If I don’t do anything is response time just like og trackball? Also when I spin ball fast to right or left it goes kinda slow? This normal?
Glen, I have the Arcade1Up 12-in-1 interface board (blue) that I have used to plug in your spinner and the old trackball. Now I own your new trackball. All I did was plug in the new trackball to the interface. Both my spinner and the trackball work. You say in your video that you can plug in the spinner to the trackball if you are using the trackball in the Arcade1up machine and it is defaulted at an 8ms delay. So my question is now that I just plugged in the new spinner into your 12-in-1 interface board will I still get an 8ms delay? That is what I want because I am not using a Pi.
Yes the 12 in 1 board does not do anything with the delays.that is set in the spinner and trackball..so if using in the arcade1up set the spinner and trackball to use the 8 Ms delay
Just got an Arcade1up Partycade. It's Centipede, and it's trackball is a dog. It is so non-responsive, it's rubbish. Can the GRS trackball be installed in a partycade? If so, could you do an install video on it? Or is the process identical to the 3/4 upright? Also, haven't seen the trackball product on Amazon, lately. Thanks.
@@GlensRetroShow Ok, cool. I just opened her up, today, to have a look round, and it does look like it. Any idea when more trackballs will be available on Amazon?
Short answer : Centipede 995k after installing it. See my top comment for details. NOTE : YOU MUST REMOVE THE JUMPER FOR THE DELAY TO BE PROPER SPEED It is buttery smooth, and every game works perfectly. later -1
Hi, just watched your video and I to upgrade my track ball on my Centipede game. I don't have a 12 in 1,but 8. I was looking for that led track ball you had but can't find it on Amazon. Where can I buy it? Thank you in advance.
I was given the spinner and trackball as a gift. The spinner is amazing! The trackball lights up and rolls up and down fine. It will not go left and right. I put the old on back and it works fine. Any ideas? Do I need another one?
First I am very happy you are enjoying the spinner :). .. I'm sorry you are having a problem with the trackball. It's very easy to open the track pull upplease just make sure that the two rollers are seated correctly there's no excuse for them not to be and if they are not I apologize if there's any issues just send me an email and we'll take care of it👍
I just installed this trackball into the Atari Legacy cab. The movement seemed off to me. So I removed the jumper. It seems to work flawlessly now. Does that make sense? What exactly does that jumper do?
Hi Glen, Amazon is saying this about your trackball "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." Should I look for other trackball solutions, or will this get replenished? Thanks!
I can't decide if I should get the v3 or v2 trackball glen. I kinda don't like that painted ball and optical tech. It's been a couple years now, what's your final take or word on the two different types of trackballs between the v2 and v3 here? other than the resolution switching it almost feels like v2 is better? or am I way wrong? and yes, I want a glowing green ball for my centipede partycade lol... sheesh.
Just ordered mine (Trackball) Gonna be installing it into my Centipede A1Up cab. Just to confirm, I don't need anything else but the trackball itself to install into Centipede cab correct??
You mention this trackball works on pc. So is there a usb cable available for it? Will one of the chinese usb cables work that ive seen on other 2" models? Or does this tb come with one? Is this model still avail. to purchase? thanks.
Glen, is this trackball compatible with the centipede countercade? I want to buy one, since my stock trackball doesn't track vertical movement. But I am afraid the countercade balls might be bit smaller than the 3/4 cab trackballs.
@@GlensRetroShow could you tell me the diameter of the part of the trackball that is sticking out above the controlpanel (including the little plastic trim that keeps the ball in), so I can check? The countercades hole is about 2 inches and 1/10 of an inch
Trackball worked fine for the first week and spun freely, but now it shrieks and howls and grinds to a halt while moving. Lube doesn't seem to have helped. Tempted to return to Amazon. Is V2 going to address this?
I already have the spinner on a custom control panel. I assume that I will need to figure a way to mill the panel thinner where the trackball will go in order for it to work? Any idea of what size the hole needs to be for the ball?

We had that in the prototype..but it's not in the final version one color sections.
The stock tb should fit
Nice! Any news on if they will come back in stock at amazon or elsewhere?
I just installed mine. Love the look of it, even though I don't use the LED. I think the ball in the original 12-1 trackball is the same size as this trackball; I wonder if I use the original ball in it without long term issue?! Since it is denser it might slow down a little for the Centipede game. I love everything about it with Missile Command but it is harder to control in Centipede. Thank you for your comment.
Yes.. the original ball should fit and work fine.. hope you enjoy the unit :)
Hope a new one comes out soon!
Glen how does this play on Quantum before & after on the 12 in 1? Thanks for what u do man.
Edit 34:14 looks like it does great, none of that freeze up when you go to fast from what Incan see.
Plays it great
You are for sure the man to ask. I would love to add a trackball to my pandora game box system. For games like golf or Shuuz. Do you have any suggestions? Also if u can make something work I would love to buy from you of course. For your troubles.
Thanks for the shout-out as always Glen!
If anyone wants custom stickers/decals for their spinner, check out my website!
Any update on when these will be available again Glenn?
@Glen Planamento ; have you tried out the optional 20 pin and 18 pin encoder wheels that you made the 3D printer files available for the GRS trackball or has there been feedback on these from others? Thanks!
Awesome! Will your Tron stick, spinner, and trackball be able to plug into the 12 n 1 USB interface? I will be using a rasberry pi image.
The tron stick will have its own interface..but yes the 12 in 1 board will let the spinner and trackball work with the pi and a version of mame that supports mice
Any word when the trackball will be available? I already got the spinner and LOVE it!!
Thank you.. a ton of work went into the spinner and this trackball..
No.. still waiting for Amazon to.post the stock
@@GlensRetroShow Just ordered mine :) STOKED!!!
Would be awesome if you did stuff for the legends ultimate cabinet. I would love an RGB trackball.
Looks good! I just got the Arcade1Up centipede partycade. Any idea if your trackball will work in it as well? I peeked inside, looks like two sets of wires going to different boards. I’ll photograph for you if you like.
you can send the picture to glensretroshow@gmail.com
Glen Planamento pics sent! :)
Hi Glen, I got it too. It's terrible, and not useable at all.
The money is waiting to be sent to you! ha ha

Any idea when the GRS trackball will be back in stock on Amazon? (I have a GRS Spinner and I love it!)
I'm curious myself. Spinners seem to be plentiful. We need more trackballs so I can continue the support. I'll take two!
So cool!
If you can send an email to

Does this work in the countercade centipede unit? BTW love your outro music track from Y's.
Y's on the TG-16 is just an amazing soundtrack.. yes. My Trackball will work in the countercade 😉
Great video. I'm looking to upgrade my cenetipede arcade1up, is this trackball still available?
Yes it is
Glen, I have to say that I own all three of your products, the spinner, trackball, and the 12-in-1 board and installation was a breeze. Thanks.
Hi Glen. Just got my centipede partycade. Desperately need a new trackball. When will yours be available? Thanks for your help!
Hey Glen when will you get more of the new led trackball. I make huge 4 player arcade machines and need to order from you asap.i only want the best that is why I am waiting for your product.by the way I love your new usb grs spinner.you wasnt lying about the beautiful packaging either.lol
Glenn would the trackball and spinner work on the 412 n 1 game elf or is the pi a better idea? Man I hope I can still get your trackball.
It the unit can take a USB mouse...they should work with the 12 in 1 board
Hey Glen. Just ordered the trackball from Amazon today. Is this the V2 version? If so, can you share what sort of improvements were made?
Glen, do you have a trackball out, for the Atari Legacy Edition? I just got one of those cabinets, and the trackball in it is non-responsive half the time. LOL. Also could do with a spinner, too.
Yes the v1, v2 and v3 all will work in the Atari Legacy unit. You just need to remove the jumper inside. The spinner is not her working and need a PCB and controller to test to see the issues that people have seen
@@GlensRetroShow Ok, so just the trackball will work, then, for now. Thanks.
@@GlensRetroShow Also, I just went on Amazon, and they don't show any listings for the GRS trackball, Do you still have any in personal inventory?
Are these gone forever? Hope I didn’t miss my chance. Hope you’re well! Game on.
Not at all.. we are working on v3 and it will be worth the wait ;)
Hi Glen. Does your GRS trackball work in A1UP countercade? Thx
Glenn will your trackball and spinner work on the new legacy tempest Arcade1up cab
cool, i've really wanted to play more quantum but the track ball was too slow to get a lot of enjoyment out of it. I'll order this.
Is your trackball still available? It looks like it's sold out on Amazon currently. I have a Centipede cab that could really use a new trackball.
Just got mine and installed works like it should but curious what 8 ms mod is? If I don’t do anything is response time just like og trackball? Also when I spin ball fast to right or left it goes kinda slow? This normal?
The .08ms mode is required for use in any arcade1up unit. If used on a PC, pi or Mac you want the .05ms mode or the unit will delay inputs.
Do you offer an led button kit...also saw a converted to joystick as well...thanks
Thanks.
Mt understanding is the partycade units Trackball is the same unit used in there normal arcade1up units. So yes, my Trackball should fit and work fine
@@GlensRetroShow Ok, cool. I just opened her up, today, to have a look round, and it does look like it. Any idea when more trackballs will be available on Amazon?

Glen,
Can I use your trackball and Spinner with a 60-1 jamma board?
Hey Glen, any chance you could make a video showing how you made the Tron cabinet???????
Will do
Hi, just watched your video and I to upgrade my track ball on my Centipede game.
Yea sir..on the old Arcade1up units you need the jumper.. on newer units you have to pull the jumper ..toy did it right :)
Hi Glen, Amazon is saying this about your trackball "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." Should I look for other trackball solutions, or will this get replenished? Thanks!
Awesome I'll buy !! Any chance of one for golden tee? Is there one out there that will work with golden tee that's rgb ??
It technically should work, but I think the size is diffrent
@@GlensRetroShow yes I want the bigger size for gt. Hopefully he will release one

Hi, I just received the trackball for my Tempest Legacy. Can I just replace it and leave the existing spinner in place? Thanks
I can't decide if I should get the v3 or v2 trackball glen. I kinda don't like that painted ball and optical tech. It's been a couple years now, what's your final take or word on the two different types of trackballs between the v2 and v3 here? other than the resolution switching it almost feels like v2 is better? or am I way wrong? and yes, I want a glowing green ball for my centipede partycade lol... sheesh.
Are you aware of a Trackball upgrade for the Arcade1Up Centipede Legacy cabinet?
Hope V3 arrives soon.
Just ordered mine (Trackball) Gonna be installing it into my Centipede A1Up cab. Just to confirm, I don't need anything else but the trackball itself to install into Centipede cab correct??
That is correct..plug n play ,😉
@@GlensRetroShow Great. Thanks Glen!
I went to Amazon today(4-29-2020) to order your trackball but they were out of stock, what is the eta of the next batch?
You mention this trackball works on pc. So is there a usb cable available for it? Will one of the chinese usb cables work that ive seen on other 2" models? Or does this tb come with one? Is this model still avail. to purchase? thanks.
Can you please make a video on how to setup dip switches for trackball and 12 in 1 for pc.....I tried everything and can’t get it to work on pc
Glen, is this trackball compatible with the centipede countercade? I want to buy one, since my stock trackball doesn't track vertical movement. But I am afraid the countercade balls might be bit smaller than the 3/4 cab trackballs.
Or should fit yes
@@GlensRetroShow could you tell me the diameter of the part of the trackball that is sticking out above the controlpanel (including the little plastic trim that keeps the ball in), so I can check? The countercades hole is about 2 inches and 1/10 of an inch
Id love to buy this for my Arcade 1Up Centipede table top/wall unit. Where can I purchase? thx!
Hey Glen, Any chance these are coming back? Please reply so I don't spend $90 on something else and have to route the opening on my 1up. thanks!
Trackball worked fine for the first week and spun freely, but now it shrieks and howls and grinds to a halt while moving. Lube doesn't seem to have helped. Tempted to return to Amazon. Is V2 going to address this?

I'm a little confused. If Im installing this on my Arcade1up Simpsons cabinet, do I have to remove the jumper?
can you give me the measurement of the diameter of the sphere?..and how much does it measure by height?...
I already have the spinner on a custom control panel. I assume that I will need to figure a way to mill the panel thinner where the trackball will go in order for it to work? Any idea of what size the hole needs to be for the ball?
It's an exact size as the A1UP original unit.
Glen, Will this work on Arcade 1UP Golden Tee?
I ask this everywhere I can and no one has an answer. It’s absolutely frustrating.
