Smith was missing some important steps in that recipe. You have to tenderize skirt steak with a mallet before cooking it to make it tender. Either that or marinate it in lime or lemon juice overnight.
That spatula with a small hole is specifically for spaghetti. The hole is both to reduce the resistance when you're moving it under the water, and the correct size for a single helping of spaghetti if you put it through the hole while dry.
They should've sung Sweet Dreams. What a missed opportunity.

I kind of love these vlogs as they end up being very reminiscent of The Trip series the BBC had for a bit where it all feels so unscripted and more natural, seeing Trott laugh so much is kind of great.

if you like nice city stuff and lots of nature, alot/most citys in Australia are like that. Brisbane especially. super built up in the city but 10-20 min drive and youre in the bush

As a Irish person, i have to say American St Paddy's day is very different from St Paddy's day at home, our one is a bit more colorful with less marching bands, no awful green beer and we dont pinch people for not wearing green. great accents lads, top notch as always.
