It uses my sample to create the structure for a new mod complete with folders and lods ready to work on. It can save a lot time when you need to create a new mod
This video was just shared to me in the Enfusion Modders community, thank you so much! You sir just got another subscriber, I will watch all your videos very soon. Thank you for your work and service 🫡
@@GrampasDayZChannelDZ do you know if its possible too do custom trees that wave in the wind? i want to do a map set in tassie, so i need eucalypts. there are a few modelsof the correct species available to buy online but i'm not actually sure if they can be implemented such that the weather effects work properly.
Question, so using this method on a model that has an area where a player could move through I would not need to make separate geometries for the model anymore?
sort for correct yes. So you will always need a geo to create points of impact for the player and infected. Re-purposing the main LOD can assist in creating the GEO lods MOST of the time. In the exception would be if a wall had multiple doors and openings that when copied over to the GEO Lod these would not be perhaps 1) Closed and 2) non convex. In this situation you will need to manually edit them in Object builder or slice them in Blender to make them closed and convex
ruclips.net/video/OFmFEF8paaM/видео.htmlsi=vmMbEjkyspT5fQfa&t=674 You mention to open object builder a second time. Instead of doing that, just cut what you have on your screen then press undo twice and paste it back in. That way you don't have to open another app. ;) Great video btw. And i cant believe you brought up Impossible Mission. OMG!! We must be the same age.
Thank you for all you do for this community man. Much Love.

How do we make sure the path is set for ObjectBuilder.exe within the batch file? I am very new to all of this.
i there any way to edit vanila models??? i find no way to edit the p3d files!!?
@realtriggered4678 no unfortunately you came cannot legally edit them. But arma 2 models are ok to download and edit
does the .bat just pull any .p3d placed into test_sample_mod? That's awesome.
No it copies copied the sample mod template across to the new folder
