Hi! Newbie here! I totally agree with your statement to keep your hair care routine simple and use products for YOUR hair. I’m not a product junkie and I get overwhelmed when influencers push different products every week. Three years ago, I fought inflammation which caused a list of issues including hair loss. I found bald spots in two areas near the crown of my head. I was devastated and wanted to crawl under a rock. But instead of turning to wigs I decided to care for my hair. I heard about the collagen peptides supplement and started using it. I wash every week or two, deep condition and sleep in satin bonnets. I make organic rosemary water to spray on my hair every morning. Eco styler gel and Mielle leave in conditioner to style my hair. Recently I included the carefree curl activator (Gold) and I love it! Because I stayed consistent my hair is growing and the spots have filled in nicely. I also massage my scalp and speak positive affirmations while doing so. It’s working! Thank you for starting your hair journey. 🙏🏾💕
I agree keeping it simple is important the only thing missing is the importance of trims, that was my missing piece and now it's really flourishing, I thought I was doing something by avoiding it😑
Hi Toni, I didn't realize that you came back. It's good to see you. I pretty much stopped watching RUclips. Just doing different things. I will make sure that I pay attention going further. Take care
Hey Toni, I recently cut off those ends that I've been holding on to. Hopefully I will see some results now that I've let those stringy ends go lol. I'll keep my routine SIMPLE 😉. THANKS 👍 for the video.

I have recently found that for me an Ayurvedic hair grease does wonders!!!
I've never heard of Ayurvedic hair grease. Is it something you buy or do you make it?
