Try the face oil from Carmen since u also went there!! It's from High Sun Low Moon ( I think ). Quite pricey ( round 50 eur ) but its super natural, and from a local small business located somewhere in Texas. I really recommend iT!

I thought Ernaux's writing style in this book is a bit unusual-sentences begin with a hyphen with no period. I won't say more, as you have just begun reading. Happy reading! yes we talk about this all the time actually.. but housing in amsterdam is tough! but there is a big change we move there :)
