Travelled more than 2000+ kms in this vehicle ( includes 2-3 road trips altogether) and most of the time i had to seat in the 3rd row. I am 5'10 and have to say this vehicle is in the next level when it comes to comfort.
Tata Harrier and MG are fighting each other to provide cool features... Toyota is like hell with your features...even if I provide a box people will come to me ha ha...

In 2005 when innova was launched it was 7 laks on road mumbai for base model...I don't know what great things they have done to it that it costs 23 lakhs...just not justified at all....Honda city launched in 1999 would cost between 9 to 10 lakhs ....even now in 2020 you get the base model for around 11 lakhs in Mumbai....till date Honda City is also best selling in its segment and correctly priced......
I think we have a huge no.of Toyota Bhakts in India.....Toyota is taking maximum benefit of them by overcharging the Innova....other all cars if Toyota are still priced correctly....Toyota Fortuner when launched in 2007 would cost around 27 lakhs and till 2020 it still costs something around 30 lakhs for the base model......

Rest everything has changed and there is massive upgrade of torque and power in the new engine. But i agree with you, 30lakhs for zx trim is bit ridiculous and we expect something( features) out such 30lakh vehicle. However, everybody want one.

May I know what is the stock/oem tire pressure for the fronts for innova crysta in your country? Is it 33psi also(based on user manual)? Because here in PH, the tire used by Toyota is Yokohama. If users use the stock tire pressure of 33psi fronts. There will be heavy chipping on the sides of the thread. But if you increase it to 35+psi, the chipping will be heavily reduced. So I am wondering if this also happen in other countries.
Between Crysta diesel and petrol, which one is preferable, exp when my annual running is about 10000 km on city roads from the view point of initial price, performance, maintenance, mileage and resale as petrol cars can run for 15 years while diesel only for 10 years. Because ladder on frame is a much stronger and and robust as a platform. It can take huge hits on Indian Roads. All Toyotas like Prado, Hilux pickup, Land cruiser 200, Fortuner have Ladder on frame. All of them indestructible.
Thought the power 2.4 l version doesn't seems to work,the 2.4 AT also has a healthy amount of grunt at low and medium engine it’s still quick to respond and pulls effortlessly
I have both 🍎 🚗 play and Android 🛺 which I never use but I love 🎶 👂 to my music on the built-in Harman Kardon audio system. I think these things are just gimmick. What you need is a decent touch display with amazing sound system. Thts it.

Toyota should retuned it instead of detunnig. If crysta gets 2.8 with 450 nm torque i.e fortuner's tunning with 6 speed manual transmission it will be be one of the fun to drive mpv. Coming to mileage crysta 2.8 is just 1 kmpl more efficient than fortuner 2.8 due to crysta's light weight and 90 nm less torque. But if crysta would have manual with 450 nm torque there would be hardly difference of 0.5 kmpl.
Toyota is practical though..yet no updates in design.. looks sluggish.. why the hell they are charging such a hefty amount without any cosmetic updates..
Coming from an owner of the vehicle I can say it's one of the worst to buy.... The only thing it has is space. It was fine to buy 7-8 years ago but in this market you can always get better speed, high tech , safety and engine at far low cost.
