Ive been waiting for the day i spawn a drone battleship close enough to unsecure for me to go back and grab a stratos to put a warp disruptor around it😂 so far i keep spawning them a good distance in wild space where its pointless. But once i get the chance yea im trapping it.
This is the point in which you alt f4 as drones don't fire in your ship if you aren't in it, although they will still for for a couple seconds afterwards. Good last ditch option if you can't warp out of a bad situation with drones/pirate NPCs

so the drone battleship has a 1 in 16 spawn rate but can be up to 30 times before you get it. Also X bps hybrid whatever you want to call them have a low drop rate from them aswell
@@blazingninja7589 there was an update where loot tables were broken i do not know how long ago but it has time since now, it is supposed to guarantee atleast 1-3 hybrids and the narcor it drops i think its the same,spawn rate was also affected but i do not know about it, it used to be 5%,even being a t5 fleet i think you may need Captain as the squad leader (i got 2 in a row when it was captain) i do recommend checking if its captain or not if youre looking for a battleship or just the squad loot which is also broken so its rng what you get
Battleships can still spawn, but the spawn rate may have been nerfed without anything being said about it. I kinda think the same happened with redcor, it became seemingly much harder to find after Echoes of the Past released.
@@Aurora-vv3zv context: This is my 2nd time in wild space. I warped into a system only to discover a Foralkan fleet in wild space battling a level 5 drone fleet. I watched from the distance waiting for the Foralkans to obliterate the drone fleet. Only to find out the last wave was a battleship and the Forks got career ended.
Do u bealive if i said that i defeat a whole battle alone with Mk2 Rapid bolt. Ultralight. Afterburner sabre?? I almost died and its took like a hour bc i when my shield is down i just run away since their a repair station in the system
Highly doubt this is possible, plus drone battleships have a 1/10 chance of spawning after the command ship of a 5 stage fleet is destroyed, and 5 fleets only spawn in wild space, thus meaning there wouldn't even be a repair bay in the system as there isn't any stations in wild systems, excluding FO anomalies.
