Could you play the plagues of plague inc? It would be interesting if you explained all the symptoms,Also, in case one day you are going to play the game, you can also upload it to the channel in Spanish? I am using the translator since I don't know how to speak English so much, sorry
What Heimdall did, was he used magic to create a construct arm, but from what I've seen, Bifrost magic uses the cold, so he basically just frostbit the stump, probably sealing off the bleeding until the body does it's thing.
Bifröst is translated as "burning rainbow bridge" from Old Norse. The keyword is "burning". He basically cauterized the wound while simultaneously regrown his arm.
So Bifrost has nothing to do with actual frost. The word is a combination of Bif and Rost and roughly translates to shining path. It more so is pronounced like “beef roast” than “bi frost” from what I’ve heard. The shining path refers of course to the Rainbow Bridge so I like to thing that the Aesir and Einherjar are harnessing magic in the rainbow
When Odin met Mimir he drank from a well that Mimir had laced with magic mushrooms that made him trip balls. For some reason his hallucinations drove him to try and dig his own eyes out, but Mimir kept him from destroying both. It's odd it never grew back because Tyr managed to regrow an arm he lost when subduing Garm. And digging his own eyes out wasn't even his craziest moment. At one point Odin impaled himself on his own spear and hung himself from an Ygdrassil branch. He spent several days dead and wandered the lake of souls before Ygdrassil itself forced him to return to life. One of his nicknames was Lord of the Hanged as a result which isn't as amusing as his other nickname All-Fucker.
Odin implies that he lose his eye after trying to take a peak in a crack in the fabric of space to try to obtain the answers to the secrets of creation
The story with Garm was made up for this game.. the actual story was with Fenrir.. and Tyrs arm never grew back. I've no idea where Heimdalls bifrost arm powers come from either I'm sure it doesn't make any sense and was just made up by the game developers to make you feel like Kratos is going to lose and die. But who knows?
Okay so I first found this guy through his Brewster videos, but I gotta admit there's something oddly entertaining about him explaining these injuries and the science behind them
A couple things: In this Universe Odin removed his eye after he took some psychedelics, which being from Florida, I can absolutely confirm happens. A scene I think youd chuckle at, which happens directly after the first scene you showed, is when Thor uses his hammer as a defibrillator because he nearly kills Kratos and uses this as a crude CPR method
Another version of how Odin could have lost his eye (which isn’t the one that happened in the games universe) is because he went to Mimir‘s well and wanted to drink some of its water since it granted the one to drink wisdom. Mimir wanted a trade and suggested that Odin gave him his eye which he did. The funny part however, is when Odin drinks the water, he gains the wisdom that trading his eye was not worth it.
@@bradleybarnett1469 I think in the previous game Mimir said he gouged it out cause of the psychedelics, which is why he took Mimir's eye when he trapped him, something Mimir suspected he knew all along. Showing what type of person Odin is, he might have been lying to Atreus, or possibly the developers forgot and rewrote the reason. I honestly suspect he's lying to Atreus, though, possibly not wanting to admit he was tricked.
I'm a little disappointed that the doctor missed the scene of Kratos' resuscitation. I am always interested in the opinion of a specialist in such cases.
But the spear uses wind magic and not fire magic. so it explodes in an explosion of air if that makes sense. no way for any burns to cauterize the wound

And also its small sister series Half-Life: Zero Viscosity. That one does not really have injuries, but it *does* showcase the effects of different fluid intakes on a human body, and a quick allergy treatment procedure.
Odin is often seen wearing an eyepatch in works of fiction portraying norse mythology but the story is that he actually sacrificed his eye for a drink from Mimir's Well, which gave him the enlightenment he sought. So basically, not so much an injury but more of an elective removal.
With the hammer strike to Krato’s face, he actually dies and the game shows the death screen, but you hear from Thor “We are done when I say we’re done” and then Thor uses his lighting through the hammer as a defibrillator to revive Kratos and continue the fight. It would have been cool for Doc to see that part, the parts where Thor take Kratos to fly, or the conclusion of the Heimdall fight (which is only a few seconds longer than when the video got cut off).
Gotta say, Heimdall deserved all of those inquiries for how much of a jerk he was in the game. Plus, that's mercy from Kratos, considering that he's no longer his young self. Imagine what young Kratos would do to him, like what he did to Hermes.
There's a detail that is really cool in this game. When Kratos gashed Thor's belly, that injury is present on him for the rest of the game. You might be thinking "Why isn't Thor's injury healing?" The reason why lies in the God of War 2018, when Kratos and Atreus first meet Jörmungandr. Kratos awakens the serpent by throwing his axe into The Lake of Nine, then Jörm gives the Leviathan Axe back and a bit of text appears that says it is Eitr imbued. Eitr in Old Norse translates to poison. In Norse mythology, Thor has a mortal battle with Jörmungandr during Ragnarok, Thor kills the World Serpent, but dies shortly after from its poison. So Kratos used the Leviathan Axe to give Thor a wound that lasts.
