Index finger with air
Middle finger with sky
Ring finger with earth
& little with water.

If you want to understand what Sadhguru explains by experience, try to describe a GameBoy to an Inuit or an old Bell telephone to a modern teenager. The Radio is a very good example to understand how subtle some powers are ; unless you got the right tune you can't hear a Radio Station broadcast, a simple veil separate one tune from another and it is so subtle. People cannot imagine that doing something precise at a certain location could have an influence on them and that's why many young people are prone to get fooled into doing things that they don't understand yet.

Same as sleeping with stone bracelets. I realised after 2 weeks sleeping with a tiger eye bracelet that it gives me nightmares or I have difficulty falling asleep, but the moment I remove it I fall asleep instantly.

I tried to meditate (vipasana-type) while wearing thumb rings and i experienced intense chest pain and heart problems days later. I wonder if the metal on the thumbs did it?

Mystic musings is nuts. Sadhguru more than a life is great. But inner engineering is very useful. I read it again and again. Inner engineering, death and karma, these three books are written by sadhguru himself. Mystic musings is compilation of his talks with close disciples.

I used to always have such vivid dreams and they always came true. Even about such mundane little things not just monumental huge things. But then they seemed to stop. Either that or I just didn’t remember them now I’m thinking it’s because I lost the silver thumb ring that I always used to wear. I think I should find another ring that will fit my thumb and experiment.

Seeing can be scary. You need to be grounded and fearless in order to see without freaking out. You need to be equanimous and peaceful at all times. Then you do not fear. Seeing beyond can be wonderful if you see the high realms, but the lower ones... Live well, more is not always better.
