That's a great idea for having some fun ... I myself might be better off throwing a soccer ball around the yard to shoot at! LOL! Thanks for sharing and God bless!
Great idea for making training less boring! I just picked up my dad’s bear recurve from the 80’s. I’m going to try to get a deer with it later this season if I can get my groups zero’ed in a little better.
good stuff , im going this weekend told the wife was going out to shoot the bow , went out took my time got my sight picture right hit low behind the leg came in , she asked thought you were gonna shoot , i said i shot one good arrow first shot of the day and done , confidence is big this time of year
What bow are you shooting? I saw on a previous comment your ASL was getting reworked, any issues to look out for? And which of the two bows do you prefer?
Timber ridge recurve I've had for years. ASL is great just couple pounds off of draw. There are aspects of both I really like so its hard for me to pick a favorite.

Nice! Best of luck.
Good idea for target practice. Mixes things up a little. I’m going to try that.
@@RedNeckRN mixed bag definitely can make you versatile.
Best kinda Practice 👍🏻

Yep I stump shoot more than targets.
You practiced all spring and summer with the Hill Bow what happened?
It is getting a rework. Should have it back soon.
That is military left in Texas that is right.
Military left is certainly a thing
@@EthanPageHunter Yes indeed.
My man said comment sooo here we go
Comment 😂
I see what you did there
instinctive shooting no high tec range finder telling ya
For sure.
Im gonna try that tomorrow. i have an apple to shoot.
@@briandavis8977 just don’t set that apple on anyone’s head
@EthanPageHunter I didn't put it on anyone's head, but I did try it. I have too many leaves and it's hard to find the arrow.
@@briandavis8977 you need a blunt or a judo
I would lose so many arrows in my yard doing this
@@Coyote5555 gotta have a blunt or judo
If you don't have a center shot bow such as a longbow you need to aim a little to the right like Howard hill he was pretty good at it
